When going under anesthesia or when in extremely deep sleep, you are not conscious of anything, proving that consciousness will in fact go away once the body goes away. You may not be a fingernail or a one brain neuron, but they are part of the equation. Btw I did like this video either way. Convince me I'm wrong though

That’s not correct at all my friend. There is awareness by definition of knowing there is the experience of nothing. It’s not the experience of no awareness, it’s the awareness of nothing. That’s what pure consciousness without any object is like. Ask yourself when you wake up, what did you wake up from? In order for you to emerge from something there must be consciousness there to render the fact something woke up. There is never the cessation of awareness. Only the cessation of things to be aware of.

@@sajafendel awareness of nothing is nothing though. When under anesthesia, you are given the medication, and then instantly, the surgery is over, even if it took many hours. This is because there is no awareness. There is no time.
