Last I remember, incoming repair increases the amount of healing you received from a skill. Repair skills increases the healing potency of the skill. If you had 6+ Repair skills then it'll be like having tier 6 healing. I'm working on good range of incoming and Repair while making a lot of damage.

I miss the rifles from DIV 1, the Scar H and especially Urban MDR were fantastic. I remember my first playthrough of DIV 2 , finding a rifle and being sadly disappointed, that feeling is yet to leave me. You were rewarded, for playing more accurately, with big damage numbers, but slower firing rate. I enjoy that as much as i do using an AR or LMG. It varies your gameplay and thus your gaming experience.

The largest change we need is the intro of APIs like DIM for the Division

Some of my builds wouldn't be possible without the ninja bike... I study brand bonuses and have come up with some crazy builds.. 3 mil armour 326%HS one tap sniper wouldn't be possible without it.. Backfire 246 CD, 100% immunity etc.. Completely agree with you things are changing big time for the future and I'm seeing massive noticeable stat effects throughout different areas of the building

The reason why so many people complain this game and end up leaving is that they refuse to diversify their playstyle. They just keep boxing themselves tunneled view of playing the game. You gotta take those blinders off. You’ll see all the potential this game has to offer. I just discovered that I love marksman rifles. My goodness! Messing around with determined was an eye opener during this recent GE. There’s a new playstyle going to my arsenal. Just keep an open mind. You’ll get a lot more enjoyment out of this game that way. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot to be desired. But in the mean time I still think we got a good thing going here. Peace!

Running a 6 skill tier incoming repairs ninja build with capacitor. I’m only shade level 275 but I have insane sustainability. Feels like division 1 healing.

Agree that there is more viability for ninjabike and that’s a good thing. It was super disappointing when it first came out but now I think that’s fixed. I still think the healing builds have more distance to go (compared to D1) I think larger radius and the heal circle working through objects (walls/vehicles/etc) would get it there.

I've been playing tank DMG hybrids for about 2 years now and I now have 2 DMG/skill hybrid builds as well and I do a lot more DMG and preformed better then striker meta slaves

Your right on everything. Quite frankly i only use the ninjabike and before that the momento since i love having strong hybrids or really strong specific use builds. What they could do if they want to make regular backpacks more usuable is perhaps increase the gear mod slots from 1 to 3 and maybe make it where the backback takes up two of its brandset slots over 1. Also they should really make the Acostas go bag like the ninja bike and momento in terms of the cores it gives you, its the only exotic backpack that hasnt got all 3 cores on it. Really a good portion of the exotic pieces need buffs. Like I got those new exotic gloves and instantly got rid of them. If it was up to me I would increase the blind fire and hip fire bonus from 50-70% and make where each stack from a headshot increases weapon damage by 1% up to 30 stacks, so 30% weapon damage (0.5% in PvP meaning 15% overall). Maybe even make it where when in ADS you are not affected by explosive stagger (still take damage) since the gloves are supposed to give you enhanced accuracy and control.

Everything you said is true...new builds,new meta,new ways to play...sure But we need new content. That's the problem of the game. Playing the same sh*t over and over. In dry times in D1 you could escape to the DZ and it was a good experience. Especially the time to d2 you spend in the DZ. But d2 pvp is not like that. Pure aids most of the time and the skills are to strong. If d3 is years away we need content....to enjoy our new builds and possibilities. Best regards from Germany 🇩🇪

They need to fix the constant crashes on pc.. i cant even play at this point after implementing "fixes".

We have the tools at hand to counter anything. People are lazy and unimaginative. They only make 1 or 2 builds for pvp. I have 16 different builds per all 4 characters. I have the counter for everything. Except cronus. But I kill them too.

They are rework the coyote mask and I need it for my backfire build

Players just refuse to create or use different builds. They only use the meta. I refuse to play the meta and focus on creating my own, I enjoy games alot more that way. Ppl always ask me why not use strikers or Hunters Fury my answer to that is why should I it’s boring

I had a 'regular' Striker kill build w/ Mechanical Animal. It was ok. Then I started running your Striker Ninja Bike Sill Build. I deleted the other one. It's heavy in my rotation. Thanks for that.

i'm sorry but 1 fire sticky shouldn't be able to wipe a whole team, skills should be used as utility as stated, not be a nuke in your pocket. status is still too strong even at 100% hazpro or 90% explosive res. the skill dmg is still too much, and even if you hit those numbers then you're completely useless in conflict cause you can't dmg anything.

My opinion they need division 3 little what is coming to prep us and Brooklyn asap. Because destiny 2 June everybody going there the GTA 6 after and division same bullshit

Clutch DONT work I actually run HEALTH builds they are OP if you build it right but clutch needs a HUGE work around it’s actually a useless skill but imagine our devs don’t play the game properly sitting in cover with a turret and a drone has actually destroyed the game

😂😂😂 people are still crying about skill builds with all the hazard protection damage reductions before they had any of that stuff I need to build where there's no skill that can kill me none😂😂😂 plus I would have enough damage to get kills with my gun in a skill😂😂😂 the game is even and if you know how to play it it's really all about your team synergy you can have any builds if their strategy and builds work together you're finished David made of Gears that that nullifies like most damage 75% with all of the other talents you can literally stand in the open and not be killed. I also made a build where one person can't break my shield I once had two people shooting at me at the same time what movement and the shield I stole long enough for my team to make it back after being wiped out rush back over and slaughtered the both of them while I danced around absorbing bullets no Medicaid no insta heels this is before the momentum backpack I have footage the possibilities of this game is really a lot this is not a everybody game this is the first actual super nerd game that has a combat element of a shooter I'm not trying to say people are dumb😂😂😂 they just like it easier what they need to do to make the game better as make a bigger map for conflict and allow war mode 8v8 dz only. To make it interesting and fair all they have to do is checkpoints like a king of the hill that way you have to function on offense to capture the objective and defense once it is captured boom whole new combat mode pvp saved for one more year😂😂😂.

The new gearset sucks because it has low numbers in every part of its talent. Low damage low uptime. I want the gearset to be good but its not gonna be if people like you dont criticize it.

People leave this game because Ubisoft lies so often and takes 7-10 years to make a game playable, once 99% of their player base has left; they can’t release a completed game. I’ve made dozens of builds of every type and used to shy away from shooter builds but the unique way I’ve made a striker build that I see no one make is hybrid without the ninja bike or striker chest piece and I dominate the scoreboard in pve heroic and legendary, I usually have well over 100-200 kills and hit the 3 billion damage limit often, mine bests the meta striker build with stacking shotgun and I still have armor regen and no glass cannon, loads of damage and mowing capability. Division 2 has more build diversity where Division 1 has builds which can focus on specific roles far more efficiently. If you compare Division 1 to 2 everything is opposite. Division 1 had a crowd control fire turret, Division 2 has a spinning top that looks ridiculous and makes it so your turret can’t track and blocks your sight and occasionally allows enemies to go through it. The healing hive and half of the healing skills are a joke compared to Division 1’s reclaimer. Division 2 gives events better skills like a flaming tar launcher?? Bring back Lone Star, Firecrest with a fire turret that can behave like the machine gun turret, amazing healing skills, reviving drones or a drone that is good and doesn’t glitch out so often it’s useless. One question for Massive is why do the snipers rush so often when the heavies hide in the back 😂 Who do enemies surf 100 meters when they’re being shocked?? it’s sad. I’ve noticed and appreciate the fixes they’ve made, it honestly makes Ubisoft look better, and the game feels like it should have felt at launch, especially the clothing! I’m so glad only a couple pieces have your skin glitch through and it’s so much better than it has been and I only hope they continue to make progress as I have loved the two games despite many many many set backs. Division 1 was not as advertised but still ended up a blast to play; Division 2 may end up the same way! Thank you for your time and your video 👍
