This story, along with The War Machines, The Web of Fear, The Mind Robber, Terror of the Autons, The Three Doctors, The Time Warrior, and Attack of the Cybermen are some of my favorite Classic Doctor Who stories.

@@forgivemenot1 Seriously! I understand the robot being bulletproof and all, but there were plenty of slow-moving, unobstructed, flesh-and-blood targets that they were just straight-up missing. I think Even Stormtroopers would have hit at least one of them.

It may well be released one day prior. If it releases on Monday, and the typical day for news is Sunday, then you may well have to wait.

The Doctor did put on a good show, though they didn't care one bit about planning to rule the world. The Brigadier should know bullets are useless against a giant robot. If he had a bazooka, it would probably destroy the robot.

Sets were rarely kept between one *episode* and the next, let alone a whole year later! (The only major exceptions were the TARDIS console room [for obvious reasons]; sets needed throughout a whole story being kept for those few weeks; and the Peladon sets from _The Curse of Peladon_ being specifically requested to be kept for the already-being-planned sequel.

I think their skills have deteriorated because their guns always end up being useless in these stories, so they just put zero effort into aiming as a result.
