You and the other guys spreading awareness will be remembered as pioneers one day. One question, i've noticed that you do fine with brown rice and some bread sometimes. Aren''t cereals supposedly bad? What are the ones that in your opinion can be digested properly with enough veggies as combination? (and i guess no proteins?)

I'm not too sure what you are asking :) Are cereals bad? - Yes, not good, any kind we don't need to eat em. Brown rice with veggies is completely ok once you have healed up. I don't eat it everyday but eat it and it doesn't bother me. Bread yes not good for digestion at all that is why I don't eat that kind of stuff often. Processed foods, in general, are not good for the body. Hope that answers your questions :)

Shamiz, i am so depressed. I was doing really well for a year now on a plant based diet. Then I was diagnosed with AVN in my knees bec of all the cortisone I was given in the past from my UC which killed my bones :( after surgery i had a flare again despite still continuing to eat plant based. I am so depressed and stressed out I dont know what caused this I thought I was doing well :(

Can you speak Hindi? We can understand Hindi but not speak very well. If you can speak in Hindi and understand if we speak in English then we should be able to work together.

High Carb Health sir I am living in India. There is no easy to get organic fruits.it is problem if I eat non organic fruits and veggies.

High Carb Health actually I want to take guidance from you but I saw your page. It is out of my budget. I am suffering from ulcerative colitis from 8 years. I am not working because of this disease .I am trying to follow this diet from 6months But I felt there is a lack of guidance. And I have not good quality of fruits.
