If there was any animal that exemplifies suffering and oppression it has to be the donkey. These animals are used and abused like an old tractor. They are beaten and made to carry weights their legs cannot hold. unable to run free in a field. \\\work then tied up over and over again. When the are too old to work they are simply left to fend for themselves. How patient these animals are, with swollen legs and contorted feet.

Probably in this country, the government has much more on their mind than making sure donkey hooves are trimmed in a timely manner. I can totally understand why people are vegans, sad that animals have to be slaughtered😢

It feels counterintuitive to me for farmers to not have these beautiful creatures' hooves trimmed. Wouldn't they be able to work more efficiently if they were properly cared for? It makes no sense for anyone to abuse an animal in this way. It sickens me. Thank goodness the master is a skilled farrior and so talented in his craft.

These donkeys do not use them to work, they are raised to slaughter and eat, so they do not wear out their hooves when they are stabled, working donkeys do not have hooves like this because they would not work. These poor unfortunate animals suffer from everything until they reach the slaughterhouse😠😭.

To everyone asking why he doesn’t use power tools, this is a poor country. He doesn’t have access to many resources and he doesn’t get paid much. He’s doing his best with what he has. It’d be nice if someone would gift him better equipment but it’d have to be something he can sustain. Electricity he probably doesn’t have much access to, batteries are probably too expensive, and petrol would also require money.

They are working out the frozen joint. That is what happens to any creatures joints when they are frozen in position for a long time. Working out the joint is an extremely painful thing to do, the way they are doing it. It is just more suffering the poor donkeys have to endure at the hands of careless humans.

Ослик делает много работы, приносит пользу хозяину, он - помощник. Хороший ли у него хозяин? По-моему, не очень, ведь он не жалеет своего помощника. Может быть он жадина? Ему жаль денег для ухода за своими животными? Соседи наверно смеются над хозяином, что ослик ходит "в ботинках"? Советую хозяину сложить отрезаные копыта в мешок и целую неделю носить за спиной, они будут ему напоминать о совести. Мастер-ветеринар, который так быстро и аккуратно сделал "маникюр" ослику, достоин лучшей похвалы! Желаю, чтобы жизнь его была также легка, как легко стало ослику после страданий в этих страшных копытах. Пусть никогда у него не болят руки!

Мне кажется китайцы такой трудолюбивый народ, почему же рабочий скот содержится так отвратительно?
