I'm a Bengali. I feel sad seeing how a state having fertile land and intelligent people got reduced to this through the politics of cpi, cpi (m) and now tmc. You forgot to touch upon the blatantly porous border, allowing illegal immigrants from Bangladesh and now Myanmar to enter in the state to change demography has happened for decades now. It started from cpi time. They get aadhar, pan, voter card and even Indian passports to vote for tmc. Central govt policies are passed off as tmc policy to rural bengalis. People don't vote en masse for tmc. There is booth capturing, beating up of people trying to vote and even false votes cast. I feel maybe things have gone beyond repair now. Centre has given up on Bengal it feels at times

Additionally, the two scoundrels, Mohandas Gandhi and Jawahar Nehru, turned a blind eye to the suffering of Bengali Hindus in East Pakistan at the hands of the mullah maulanas. The Hindu Bengalis of East Pakistan and Bangladesh were systematically exploited and uprooted by these radical Islamist elements, resulting in the mass exodus of Bengali Hindus from East Pakistan as poor refugees seeking asylum in West Bengal. The ruling anti-national and anti-Hindu parties, Congress and CPM, took advantage of the situation and used the poor Bengali Hindu refugees from East Pakistan and Bangladesh for vote bank politics. One notable figure who actively advocated for the safety of Bengali Hindus in East Pakistan was Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. Mukherjee demanded that the Nehru government should pressure Pakistan to ensure the safety of Bengali Hindus and allocate 1/3 of East Pakistan's territory for settling the Hindus there. Failing that, Pakistan should be forced to exchange the mullah population in West Bengal with the Bengali Hindus in East Pakistan. Nehru ignored Mukherjee's recommendation, and Mukherjee resigned from Nehru's cabinet in protest. Even after wiping out a large population of Bengali Hindus from East Pakistan and Bangladesh, the Muslim population continued to cross the border illegally to settle in West Bengal, with the ulterior motive of Ghazwa-e-Hind and the completion of the unfinished agenda of turning India into an Islamic state someday. Instead of expelling these vile mullah elements, the Congress and CPM governments of West Bengal granted them asylum for the sake of securing a vote bank. As a result, West Bengal soon became overwhelmed with poor Hindu and Muslim refugees, putting pressure on the state's resources and economy. The ensuing pervasive poverty and unemployment provided fertile ground for the growth of communism, which thrived amidst the dire circumstances and the vote bank politics practiced by the West Bengal government. In order to normalize the influx of Muslim immigrants and Islamization in the state, there was a concerted effort to indoctrinate the average Hindu Bengali masses with idiotic ideas like "secularism," "equality of all religions," and "Hindu-Muslim brotherhood." By that time, left-liberals, pseudo-secularists, and communist ideologues had gained full control over West Bengal's education system, art, and culture. "Madrasa-chaap" radical mullahs like Abul Kalam Azad had been appointed as the education minister of India, and Indian history taught in schools and colleges was being distorted by the jihadist and communist factions of historians appointed by Nehru. This two-pronged attack led by the state and central governments on art, culture, and the education system led to the steady decline of Bengal's spirit and valor. Naxalite and trade union movements plagued the state, with the unemployed youth being manipulated and drawn into these movements. Large business houses that once had their headquarters in West Bengal closed down and relocated to other states due to the widespread trade union movements, receiving little support from the hostile ruling parties that were utilizing these trade unions to propagate their own political agenda. The destruction and degradation of Bengal were thus complete. In conclusion, it is undeniable that Bengal has experienced significant challenges throughout history, and various factors, including British colonialism, Islamic onslaught and religious tensions, political opportunism by the corrupt ruling parties, and economic struggles, have collectively contributed to the state's current predicament. The average Bongs do not even know where they stand today; they take great pride in squandering their days off on vain wokeism and daydreaming about their past glory. Those who understand the reality, have already fled from Bengal.

I'm from Kolkata. My great grandfather father came here for better future, but today I feel saddened to see such a great failure of our State due to it's politics. I request all the people of Bengal to unite and makes sure that we reclaim our position as the most industrialised state of India. I have been a victim of Bengal corruption in the medical education sector during both Communist and TMC period, and i can absolutely relate to that. The spiritual purity of Bengal is lost completely. It is a land of super corruption and hence I believe whoever rules Bengal, they will indulge in corruption and falsehood as corruption is visibly contagious in Bengal.

8 year ago I went to kolkata for SSC exam. In examination room most of candidates were from bihar and jharkhand. The invigilator came and started explaining rules in Bengali. We requested invigilator to explain in hindi as most of us don't know bengali language. Invigilator replied in hindi "tum log bengal aye ho mai bihar nhi aya". Then again he started talking in bengali. Bengali people with bengali language on bengal land have another level of attitude. They are living in self pride. This is not only with bengal we are getting devided on cast, religion and now on basis of language and this hatred is also obstacle in our growth.

I strongly believes that BJP's strong leadership can reform Bengal's situation, but what the problem is that Bengal's people are very innocent and there local parties are taking advantage of this innocense I think people aren't aware much of this and there local politics are keeping them unaware about this to keep their rule.
