For those scenes of the future we see with Natsu and Lucy, Lucy is actually missing her right hand/arm which is why it’s never shown. Also, in previous episodes where Levy was talking from that time, it was kinda hinting towards Gajeel being dead.(at least that’s what I’m assuming since we all know, *doing an impression of Happy* she likes him 😂) since she was crying while writing to Lucy about how someone died

Don’t listen to a word Arcadios says about Acnologia 😂 Got nothing to do with Zeref 🤣 An actual dragon (a witness to the events 400 years past) tells a history lesson and Arcadios is like “nah Zeref transformed acnologia into a dragon”😂

This is one of my favourite Episodes to see Reactions too, the reveal that Acnologia was once Human, a Dragon Slayer to boot is always a reveal I like seeing. Small Fact; Hiro Mashima, the creator of the Fairy Tail Story wished he could of explored Acnologia's character more than he did but he wasn't able too. The Anime does have more than the Manga in the final arc which is nice.

You're right to believe the dragon's side of the story way more than the Knight's belief (that supposedly it was Zeref who turned Acnologia into a dragon). Man's just obsessed with killing Zeref, and technically all dragon slayers shooould be transforming, but there's a crucial reason in the plot, as to why none of the dragon slayers we know have not and will never become a dragon. TLDR Zeref didnt have anything to do with Acnologia's transformation.

The plot is plotting i just want to point out one thing we don't know if Acnologia was the first person to obtain the Dragon Slayer power , and we even don't know if he was the first to became a Dragon , buf of course we know now that he his the King of Dragon so he his strong for sure . SPOILER... I mean Irene was the first Dragon slayer and even first person to became a real dragon (poor Queen...)

Honestly I didn't mind that Lector died. Most annoying cat Ever. Not gonna say I was happy but I didn't mind haha. Carla's visions are annoying and pointless, honestly worst plot element introduced, it doesn't add anything than other clues and flash forwards don't better.
