+WorksProductionFilms A remote shutter of some kind should work pretty decently. There are various different types - wired and wireless, branded and generic, etc. Google should help narrow it down for something that works with your camera. There's a wireless remote for the Ronin/Ronin-M that fits on the handlebars, but it only controls the Ronin (eg, calibration, movement, etc), not the camera.

Not a BS considering if you have a light setup (Sony A6000 + 1670) you just have to mark where the plate rest, the axis measurement and snapshot the ronin app figures. You say you need to tune each time means your camera on the ronin plate shift tiny bit to the left or roght that cause you to setup frequently. Have you applied the 45 degrees rule to check if your system is balance? Have you checked out tutorials about balancing 3 axis? For heavy setup (D750 + Sig351.4) the balancing is hard to a point you need rubber pads on the ronin plate before the heavy lens slide to the left/right of the plate and cause instability. I have 6 adverts in Malaysia/Singapore/Korea with the ronin m, Im qualified to say that you need more understanding in the system. Plus the fstopper guy didnt do fine tuning balance and expect the system to self sustain on the heavy side, that not efficient as it burn more power just to stabilize the system and directly affect the balance (system have to balance your mistakes on top of keeping it stable as you use it) in used oppose if you done proper fine tuning.

Movi doesnt have this issue agree but do factor the price differences and if would a average person afford the movi m5/m10 solution over the ronin m. Pay more get a better system, dont complain. If you knew first hand about the ronin/movi system you would know best about ronin m/m5 being catered for lite-mid setup versus heavy setups like NikonD750+2470. fstoppers got it wrong. Ronin/m10 does well with heavy. You comments lean toward discrediting me. Good? Not so, refer to my previous comment how I explain lite vs heavy setup. Give other users to understand ronin m better since is much affordable investment to the majority. Knowing first hand vs using first hand are both separate thing. You clearly have a wealth of knowledge, have you encountered any gimbals since than at a more affordable price than the movi (for cameras in ursa mini weight class 5lb/2.3kg) that you would recommend for people starting out? do you have any thoughts on the Ronin 2?

The perfect wide angle lens with blur background is the "Sigma 18-35 f1.8 ART"

tokina 11-16 f2.8, although for background blur your subjects need to be quite close.

CRAIGS LIST Go on DJI's website, you can install the Ronin computer tool, then once it's installed and the Ronin is connected with USB, you can update everything on the Ronin. It's possible that the updates fail, so I had to do them multiple time to be sure the Ronin was correctly updated.
