I love how the doggo shows no fear on how quiet this Dyson V11 vacuum is! Also, another great spider killing device! No reason to need insecticide to poison our wildlife!

My friend's dad made me vacuum the house with the detect laser, and that is the reason i want one so badly, that i latterly have a picture of a Dyson stick vacuum on my wall just to remind me keep working hard so i can buy one.

I think I want to buy the V11 outsize. I'm so tired of my old fashioned vaccum. I have both carpet and hard floors. Main floor is all hardwood and 2nd floor is carpeted in the bedrooms. After doing my research...V11 outsize seems to suit our families needs. I HOPE IM RIGHT! 🙏 It's a big investment. Hope to be a dyson owner soon!

It’s great but too heavy to handle with one arm, my hand was shaking on it’s own after 15 minutes use, so heavy!

When I contacted you about the head, I had to send a pick of the serial number but when I put the batter back in, the lcd screen and the unit didn’t turn on so I put it on its charger. Can that be fixed or will I need a new battery or motor unit ?

@@dyson hey dyson, I let the battery sit unattached to the unit for about 4 hours and when I plugged it back in it worked again, I am now just waiting for the replacement head but thank you

Its a pain in the ass to empty. IT takes strength to pull apart the shaft just to empty the unit which is a poor design factor when you look at Samsung's unit that self empties. Our previous Dyson was a 'breeze' to empty when compared to the v11. Its even worse when the connection joint gets dust on it making it even more difficult to pull apart just to empty. Dyson WTF. I wont recomend this product to anyone elderly or who has bad grip strength otherwise you wont be able to empty the unit. Who the hell designed the emptying feature needs a serious redesign. You made the V11 easy to hoover dust but in return you also made it harder to empty.

This is horrible, heavy, uncomfortable and big to use as a handheld and still uncomfortable to use as a stick with having to hold the trigger down. You should have made it with a button to press and leave on.
