As a native American I can say that my ancestors were right to promote living in harmony with the natural world. The level of respect they had for nature was remarkable. Our homes weren't permanent structures, they were lightweight teepees so that they could be moved periodically so as to not harm the grass they were sat upon! We had respect for the grass! This is why indigenous peoples are fighting mad about oil pipelines that cut through vital areas. Because it is an affront to everything they believe, and their way of life. Thank you for discovering the wisdom of our ancestors. Those stories they told weren't just yarns told to keep the youth entertained, those stories are alive too. And they are the threads that are sewn together in the fabric of our society.

Similar in Hinduism where we have utmost respect t for nature and Mother Earth. We believe divinity in all creation and not just humans 🙏🙏🙏Also the whole world is one vast family in sanskrit it is "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam".I hope people start respecting and nurturing every aspect of nature👍👍👍

So why didn't you keep living that way? Did they do it more out of respect or out of necessity? Their decendents ran for the goodies the minute they were available & accessible, so it's hard to believe the ancestors wouldn't have bought a truck if it were available and they had the money. Not trying to be disrespectful, just sayin'.

@B Mcmahon No doubt we have to do for our descendants but we can do that only by understanding how our ancestors lived and sustained the earth for generations to come. We are living in such an advanced technological age but unfortunately we have unwittingly destroyed our beautiful planet and more disheartening is we have distanced ourselves from all of nature not realising that we are just another species in this universe which could very well survive without us.Now with destruction and mayhem at our doorstep how are we going to make amends🤔🤔🤔and gift this beautiful planet to our descendants 😔😔😔

I was born and spent my early childhood on the edges of the jungle. Nature has always been hugely important to me. But Earth as an intelligent conscious being remained an intellectual abstraction to me until something that happened some 16 years ago. I had been through a period of several years where every person dearest to me had died, and now my beloved young Abyssinian cat, my dead partner's last birthday present to me, an amazing creature, full of character and intelligence, who felt like my last link to my partner, had contracted feline lymphoma and had had to be put to sleep. I came home from the vet clinic and sat down at my desk feeling utter desolation. I didn't feel there was anything left to hold me to life. And then as I sat there, on a late midsummer afternoon, looking out at a cloudless sky, the earth began to shake gently under my feet and hail fell like tears from that blue cloudless sky. It only lasted a few moments but it was so inexplicable and unexpected that it shocked me out of my grief. I had an overwhelming sense that I wasn't alone, that the Earth felt and was responding to my grief. Not because I was anyone special. I think the Earth loves all of its children equally. But perhaps because I was someone who might register such a message where others wouldn't. It changed how I viewed the Earth, although it also created unresolved confusion. I now believe that the Earth is able to exercise the most exquisite and precise control over things such as climate. And logically, if this is so, the Earth could easily reverse global warming merely through some judicious volcanic explosions that sent cooling volcanic ashes into the stratosphere. But it chooses not to. Instead these events happen randomly (at last from a human point of view). If the Earth manipulated climate more than it does already then we wouldn't change. We wouldn't learn to take responsibility for our actions. And yet I agree whole heartedly: Far better to act through love and not from fear. But what does that mean??? Can we work with the Earth in a conscious way? I suspect that the answer is yes, but that requires a very radical change in our thinking.

Andrew Hibberd depends on what you mean by “us.” If “us” includes all living things, then your statement is false. The earth needs “us” just as much as an organism needs billions of individual cells. It’s a fractal relationship. Each level of iteration needs its constituent parts as much as those parts need a whole within which to nest.

Some empaths have a hard time remembering that there are literally some people with zero empathy. They literally do not give a f*** about anything else other than themselves, that includes people's feelings and all other things around them. I know that empaths sometimes have a problem understanding that, because I am an empath. But, I know that there are people that are sociopathic and don't give a s*** about anything because I have experienced interaction with these types of people at a very young age. It sucks that its a part of reality but it's just the way it is. Its the yin and the yang of all that is

All truly advanced minds and cultures understand that earth is a living being and that the humans are but an infinitesimal (and perhaps unfortunate) part of that living being’s life. Descending into dominion mythologies is a descent into madness.

True 100%. I understood that sense of awe and how most infinitesimal I and humanity are to existence when I stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon and contemplated the time and forces that were necessary for it to exist. That sense of humility and grace I felt has stayed with me my whole life... and the more I've learnt these 28 yrs since then, the more in awe I am of our impossibly beautiful amazing planet.🌍 This is why my heart ♥ sinks, when I think of the mental shackles and madness of what religion does to humanity and the way it robs societies of billions in monetary resources via tax exemption and creates a self-serving loophole for the depraved to commit horrible evils and abuses against children and the most vulnerable. It's truly insanity on a mass scale. So sad.

@Dennis Halterman: Humanity choose to be deficient of compassion, with their own free will. You need to know that you are not a human, you are a spirit having a human experience. Us spirits manifest this image of a human so we can be with each other and touch and love and taste, with all the other sensations this world has to offer. If you would rather not exist, you will get your wish. You blame innocents for what evil does, which is you for you deny the truth.

Why do the corporates not serve the Earth and the environment? 1) It is illegal for them to do so. By law, they must maximise shareholder value, which is measured in money. 2) If they act alone, their competitors will out-compete them and their companies will close.

People need to back away from urban and technology driven lifestyles to an extent, and steward the land as we use to in agrarian societies. Through designing generative permaculture systems which are multi functional on a local level, we become one with the living Earth. Globalization serves to exploit resource rich regions, and siphon the profits to central planners and banks. This reduces peoples ability to become self sufficient and create more "sustainable" markets that serve our positive lifestyle choices while reducing unnecessary industrialization. People need to lead by example and show others how it is done, along with the notion of positive reinforcement.

I really appreciate hearing Charles speak about these topics, such a uniquely articulated perspective, of concepts that are really true to us all. I find myself nodding my head in agreement almost constantly, even moreso when he's allowed as much time as he needs to fully explain a concept. Even though it was only a 20 minute time allowance, Mr. Eisenstein still packed in such a wealth & depth of knowledge; and explained that knowledge in a clear & concise manner

We are re-membering.... "I found myself immersed in verdant life, surrounded with varying shades of green. It was like being in the middle of a green fog and in the midst not of living creatures but of the power and vitality of life itself. I had a sense of an immense presence, a bit like being at the base of a mountain, only more so. I felt a multitude of impressions and images pressing in on me, more than I could process or interpret. Then the fog parted, and I gained a different perspective. Things began to fall into place, or at least, my mind began to fashion an image it could comprehend and use to organize what I was experiencing. I was seeing the world from a distance, but it did not at all resemble the images of the planet from space. Everything remained green, and there was no differentiation between oceans or continents. It was like looking at the biomass of the earth presented as a collage of images of various life-forms, from microbes to moose, from protozoa to pinewoods, with fish, birds, animals, humans, plants all represented. This was very impressionistic, with a few sharp details, including landscapes such as forests and mountains. And underneath the green light was a deeper core of light that to my sight was a reddish gold, conveying a sense of love. Quite beyond the imagery, however, was a sense of presence. It felt vast, but at the same time it felt intimate. I did not feel diminished by its vastness. I felt that whatever this was, I was part of it, and it was part of me. "This," John said, "is the World Soul. It is the life and consciousness that infuse the world, giving of itself to support all the other lives that are evolving on this planet. Humanity is helping it to incarnate, but its gift back is to enable you to develop a planetary consciousness. This is an essential part of your destiny as a species, a destiny which you are confronting at this time in history." - David Spangler, "Apprenticed to Spirit: The Education of a Soul" *** "…I then felt myself being whisked off into the cosmos, further and further, beyond the sun, beyond our solar system, beyond the Milky Way. And even further until I was in the edge of the universe, and still further until I was at such vantage point that I could see the universe in its entirety. I was stunned by what I saw: the universe was alive! And it was a single organism of awesome complexity, but whole and totally integrated. I recognized that it was still in the stage of its early development, comparable to a fetus, still differentiating the various aspects of itself. I saw how everything that exists, including me and every being was a part of that awesome being. We were aspects of its components just like the various parts of own our being are aspects of who we are. I saw that everything that exists is part of a greater whole and that the whole requires every part in order to be fully who it is. Every part is essential. And out of this a harmony ensues…. The profound and mysterious complexity of the Universe accompanies me to this day, its unity, its aliveness, and the impossibility of ever expressing in words haunts me. Every aspect of the Universe, including us, has a place of relationship with it. We are perhaps the only beings who think that we are somehow independent, not realizing that our most profound task is to remain aligned with the Universe, in relationship with this awesome, vast being. And that our own wholeness is vital for the wholeness of the Universe. And only in this way do we ultimately come to experience our own place of belonging in the Universe." - Eligio Stephen Gallegos PhD, “Into Wholeness: The Path of Deep Imagery” *** I was on an African plain where hundreds of natives were dancing a dance of celebration. (...) The lions were far away, there was no danger, there was food and no one was hungry. The tribe had survived the rigors of life for another year and they were dancing their thanks. They were dancing their celebration of life. This was an extraordinary sensation. I was able to take in the experience of these many people whole. I was the tribal mind reveling in celebration. Their infectious joy and dance-induced ecstasy blended them into a single field of celebration. They knew what was happening, and they kept giving themselves over to the process, letting it deepen and deepen until they were completely awash with the unifying joy of their tribe, the plain, the earth, etc. They were one with themselves, each other, and their environment. I had never experienced anything like this before in my life, this melting into a communal embrace, and it was profoundly moving. How impoverished we are that we have lost these rituals that activate the deeper weave of our interconnectedness. My reference point for experiencing all this was an intelligence that saturated everything - the people, the animals, the fire, the Earth itself. If I had to name it, I would call it Earth Consciousness. I discovered that not only did this celebrating dance heal the tribe - cleansing them of the pains of the year's losses and setbacks and healing the frictions of interpersonal conflict - it also, much to my surprise, healed the earth itself. I actually experienced a release of energy that healed not only the tribal mind-field but the energy field of this geographic region" - Christopher Bache, "Dark Night Early Dawn: Steps to an Ecology of Mind"

"In conventional terms, they have the power. If they are irremediably evil, it is hopeless. And if we hold that story of them we create an invitation for them to be that. Any story you hold about somebody creates an invitation for the person to step into that story." Said one of the things i've been thinking. It is far more useful to say "Americans enjoy, appreciate, protect, and truly care about the environment", then it is to say we, or some, don't. Frame an oil execs jungle clearing as a facet of his position, not a choice made by his Earthy soul.

Without this earth, our spirits would not feel a presence of living and companionship, love, all the things we experience in this creation could not exist without each other. People need to be in symbiosis with the Earth. But often you get even that being used as an excuse to do non no-impact things...when you even move a clod of dirt, consider the micro-organisms and tiny creatures lives you are affecting.

We are earth.Think of it: the atoms in your body belonged once, let's say to a Viking😊or an arabian knight or a worm or a cat or an olive tree!It regenerates us, though our bodies change but we are deeply connected to eachother and to earth. The singularity thinks that we are weak because we have physical earthly bodies that are bound to time and space, while the singularity achieved the top of its evolution: to be pure intelligent energy that is free from time and space. To overcome this difference and to master them , we incorporated and took advantage of them: a symbiotic non destructive beneficial relationship that allowed us to overcome space and time.

It speaks volumes when I have to speed up a video by 50%....boring. At 16 minutes in all he offers is ideology and as far as I am concerned, ideology is what got us here. I do not need an appeal to an ideological belief, I need real information. James Hutton in 1785 said the Earth is a superorganism and should be studied as physiology. Hutton is generally considered the father of modern geology. There have been others who have followed him on this path. The only question one needs ask is; can inanimate nonliving matter bring rise to animated living matter? Can unconscious matter bring forth conscious living things? The earth is definitely a superorganism and is more than likely a living thing unto itself that has grown since its inception - see the dinosaur gravity issue that modern science hates to discuss. If the Earth is alive, what does that make us? Are we somehow separate from the Earth as Desacrtes supposed he was separate from the universe? If the earth is a superorganism then humanity is no more than a suborganism, like a virus or bacteria within the the human body that participates in keeping each individual alive. If one follows this logic through, it tells us that exploring space is impossible as is colonizing other planets, because we can no more leave the earth and survive than a microorganism within your body can leave you.

Its unfortunate that they the mainstream propagandizes the idea man’s role is fight, fuck, eat and if you’re doing something else you’re not a proper man. Only dumb people say that. No offense if you’re one of them. You’re free to be as dumb as you like. That’s your 1st amendment-right. I like your way of thinking seems almost common sense to me. I wish everyone could see this as some do. Paul’s awesome. Peace and Love

This has been my theory as well. If we are a natural creation we are probably more like the bacteria on our arms are to something bigger. It's pretty small minded to think that were the optimal or largest scale of life. Also if we are created naturally we want to be the butterfly but in fact we were created as more of a leech. It's our job to extract and burn the cancerous oil and coal. It's our job to turn the old growth forests into new growth forests. To us our job seems dirty but maybe what we do is exactly what's intended and neccessary for the earth's survival..🤔

Spirit of the Earth has planetary DNA and she is in agony as Caeayaron reports on her state of being. She is terrified of the choices humans make and wants to rid herself of them because she does not want to be killed by humans. If we bring in Divine assistance, by getting our Lemurian life codes back from Caeayaron then with with Divine Guidance we can claim control of this plane from Team Dark who own humans. For information on how to heal this planet and take control from the dark ones please go to www.caeayaron.com

My pacemaker is not alive however it is important to me as is the Amazon is to life on earth. If I view my pacemaker as alive and I view it as sentient it matters to me in a similar way. It may be more amazing to me if I view it as alive, but in a Machiavellian way it is the same. I.E It matters. To be clear I am a hiker when I am in Nature I know it is alive. I believe in Gaia that said I am a computer programmer so in mathematical this boils down to the least common denominator ( survival ) ... one environment one tipping point let's not reach it! The common denominator for me is..... survival ...... regardless of how we arrive there does not matter to me. It is a far more daunting task for me to understand how someone watches Fox News. I don't care here are the numbers ..........I might be correct or Trump might be...conversation might it be worth it to presuppose climate is a possibility ....rather than come join my religion (liberalism). The point is to assume the model that indicates that climate change is real as this is the safest i.e. least risk position. Of course if you are a risk taker that indicator of a issue in your pacemaker is a software bug. Could be ...but to use a dirty Harry Quote(1970's movie) "Do you feel lucky punk"?

*Predictions Without Math: Tails I Win Heads You Lose!* What really freaks me out is that I just realized what started us all down the road to this mess, copper. The oldest known human-worked piece of copper is over 9,000 years old. It took a couple thousand more years to figure out how to melt it, and a few thousand more to learn how to mix it with things and turn it into swords. I think nobody got paid in the first recorded war because it all went into weapons. By the second recorded war, soldiers were paid in land and copper coins. Coins were needed for gambling, drinking and whoring to keep morale up. Historians tell us that, no sooner had we invented copper, than we built the world's most magnificent pyramid in just 20 years, which is complete bullshit. Academia is a bunch of lies cross dressing in the fashion garbs of science. The science/religion war is as old as the socialist/capitalist war. It's the same ol' cheesy line in movies where the bad guy says to the good guy, we're the same you and I. Academia has split into an ideological divide of science and religion. Both sides are corrupted, with each side claiming moral superiority. Both sides are now run by criminally organized syndicates. A syndicate is an organization based on lies that hides violence. Socialists/Capitalists use Science/Religion to further aims based on greed. Greed is a swimming pool filled with copper coins. Copper coins are how we got here. They call this pool of coins economics. Economics is math dressed up as science. Math is not reality itself, it's a tool that can predict reality. Guess what? Not all predictions are true. Is there a 100% chance of life after death? Fuck if I know, so I choose to not live that way. Even if I could mathematically prove life after death existed, I wouldn't believe it. What I do believe in is a 100% private universal income. I'm nearly ideological about it, but if you don't play, you can't win. There's only 2 things that matter in this world, love and money, there's nothing you can do about love. I don't need math to predict stuff, this is what's going to happen if we don't fix money: Climate Change to Devastate the Global Food Supply by 2050 time.com/5663621/climate-change-food-supply/ Big Ag Is Sabotaging Progress on Climate Change www.wired.com/story/big-ag-is-sabotaging-progress-on-climate-change/ 99% of permafrost to melt by 2100 www.brusselstimes.com/all-news/belgium-all-news/65963/climate-change-30-to-99-of-the-surface-permafrost-expected-to-melt-by-2100-280-million-displaced-people/ Draft UN report: Oceans Turning From Friend To Foe news.yahoo.com/oceans-turning-friend-foe-warns-landmark-un-climate-110843766.htmlou Remember after Russia collapsed, it was The End of History? Copper commodity prices have historically been an indicator of the state of the economy, being that copper was an integral part of manufacturing. I think there's been some decoupling over the past several years.
