I bought the physical book on Amazon and learned more in this little book than I did in many attempts over 10 years to learn guitar. I would pick up my guitar, get frustrated in a day or two and put it down for weeks. Even sold and bought different guitars. I can actually play chord progressions from rela songs and sound musical (kind of) and that makes me want to practice more. Everyday more. I have now purchased some of your courses. Thank you!

Funny that I learned that minor note thing just putzing around on the guitar without even knowing what chords I was playing. Also learned that major grip while learning triads. I play this little jazz tune I made up with those minor chords on the 1st string. You just taught me about what I was doing for years. Bravo!

Love these chord lessons. Let ask a question. So according to the numbering, if I put my finger basically and lets say Any 'A' I can use the number system to create chords, because 'A' would be my 1. Now to make them sound musically I have to use the correct progression those chords. I guess it's more of a statement. Anyway seems like that's how it works right?

That is exactly how it works! Move that shape top where the RED is an A and you've got an A!

How is anyone supposed to remember all those positions - they’re not even spaced regularly? I will never understand this… and when I think that, drunk and/or often drugged losers/rockers can play this instrument while under the influence, my mind is UTTERLY blown.

They could have called the chords 1-12, right? Just think of it as this: All chord/notes names are separated by 2 frets except B-C and E-F (1 fret)

@@LearningGuitarSecrets Yeah, but then you still have to know/remember the rest of the fretboard so… Yeah, I have NO idea how rockers manage, notwithstanding drugs and alcohol - I really don’t know how they do it!
