INGREDIENTS:
- broccoli
- butter
- garlic
- spices
Throw broccoli into boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Melt a piece of butter in the microwave and add chopped garlic to it. Place the boiled broccoli on a baking sheet and mash each one with a potato masher. Brush each broccoli with butter, sprinkle with black pepper, salt and chili pepper as desired. Bake at 200 degrees (392°F) for 25 minutes.
