Wanna know the fastest way to reach product market fit? Launch before you think you’re ready and then iterate. Too many founders wait to build ‘the perfect product’ before launch and realise they just wasted years building something the market doesn’t need… Then they either give up, or start all over again...from scratch. Watch this video to find out exactly what you need to be focussing on when building an MVP.

Thanks for this. It's now clear to me that we should stop developing and start pre-selling with potential clients. Get some feedback on what we've already built and move forward from that.

For MVP’s I always like “half a product, not a half arsed product” as a yardstick. Do less, but do it well.

I really like how he asks 'what do you think resonates with you' instead of feeding only his opinion.Loved the convo and All the best to Chelsea for the project.

Would be great to have a show on how to qualify feedbacks and how to find early adopter in the problem you are trying to solve.
