*Dan used to be called the 50 billion dollar ma because he had seven mentees in the early 90s who attended his seminars and did at least 50 billion in deals. Since then his mentees have created over 2 trillion dollars in equity. You can never exceed your wildest expectations for yourself. I just found that funny and i'm exited to hear more. To our sucess!

Personally, I think investors will start to seek more market diversification. can i confidently invest about $350k into the financial markets in 2024? I'm still not sure how rates will effect the market just yet, which worries me a lot.

I think investors who are wary of changing market trends should seek out bear market directions from certified strategists/planners. Safer that way

No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

To start up a business, you should go for something you have passion for. Otherwise you won't be able to withstand the pressure and challenges that comes at every point of a it. Everybody can't run a business but anybody can save up early and start investing. Learning to invest money on time is beautiful, you get compounding interest etc.

it is difficult to chose the right investing path too. I'll be happy to start investing when I find a less risky path. it seems a little silly to hire a professional money manager to sit around and research businesses for me all day when I can do that by myself but I would rather focus on my primary occupation at the same time.
@VitaliiSych

One of the most important and difficult choices I had to face as a new investor is whether I should invest in equity funds or individual stocks. Investing in an equity fund means buying shares of a portfolio overseen by a professional portfolio manager. The portfolio manager is responsible for picking the stocks in the portfolio, as well as the buy, sell, and hold decisions. For a lot of people, committing to processes involved in individual stocks sounds like intellectual torture. So, you need to do a quick survey of yourself like, Can you read GAAP financial statements, including the income statement and balance sheet? If you have that skill, selecting your own individual stocks shouldn't be any more difficult than analyzing a private business opportunity such as investing in a limited liability company. Show less

Well, There are very few things more enjoyable for me as much as finding a great company and learning about its business, industry, products, cost inputs, strategy, and how it fits into the world. However, when it comes to investing my $$ on stocks, I still seek the services of a professional manager because just like you, I get paid good money in my occupation consulting for people so i would find it rather greedy trying to be a jack

I understand what's he saying, if you're an owner of many business its impossible to know everything, that's why you hire someone who knows what they're doing and keyword trust their knowledge & expertise, the reason why most people don't expand their wealth beyond a certain point is because, they're involved in all the decision making of their Work, and they feel too much pressure to even breath Step 1- Hire a skilled & trustworthy professional Step 2 - Hire people with a great attitude & positive mindset Step 3 - Treat them well Step 4 - Venture out into another buisness People in the comments saying, the business died because the owner doesn't know everything, that's because the ground roots of that organisation was not set-up properly, it takes time & attention to detail to set something up that will last the test if time (The owner really should only be involved in thr high level decisions), he should have some idea of the work & this knowledge can increase overtime, but the reason they hire that expert is because he's ultimately saying i don't know everything, i can't do everything alone.

Dan has fantastic content and I've listened to a ton of it, but I’m afraid to admit that I find his required hand raising, repeating phrases like "yes or yes" ad naseum, and demanding that people write down certain phrases to be off putting. Only mentioning this if it’s hopefully helpful, constructive criticism. Beyond that, Dan's content is absolutely fantastic.

That's a great strategy for rich people who already have a couple million in the bank. But truth is, this economy would come to a halt if everyone became a financial wizard. The entire system is built and maintained by hard-working poor people spending their money.

Money doesn’t make you wealthy, it makes you rich. Your mindset makes you wealthy! I consider myself the wealthiest guy in the world because I am alive! I have a warm bed to sleep in, I have food and water. I have a loving mom to hug. I have a job and I’m healthy. Let me put it this way, would you rather get 10 million dollars but you don’t get to wake up tomorrow or would you rather wake up tomorrow? Anyone (normal) would choose to wake up tomorrow. So in other words waking up tomorrow is worth more than 10 million dollars to you. Don’t waste your precious time! 🙏🏼 find Jesus and you’ll find joy and fulfillment.
