Με γοργούς ρυθμούς προχωρούν τα έργα για τον ουρανοξύστη κατοικιών Riviera Tower στο Ελληνικό.
Ο Riviera Tower θα είναι ο πρώτος παράκτιος ουρανοξύστης της χώρας, ο πιο ψηλός και ο πρώτος “πράσινος”.
Θα διαθέτει 50 ορόφους και 170 διαμερίσματα, ενώ στο ground floor προβλέπονται χώροι 2.000 τ.μ.
Ο Riviera Tower, θα είναι ο πρώτος πράσινος ουρανοξύστης της χώρας και ο ψηλότερος στη Μεσόγειο, αφού θα μετρά 200 μέτρα ύψος και θα διαθέτει πάνω από 200 ιδιωτικές κατοικίες με άπλετη θέα στον Σαρωνικό.
Έχουν ολοκληρωθεί ήδη η υπο-θεμελίωση του Πύργου και του podium με την κατασκευή 316 πασσάλων βάθους έως 55μ, η κατασκευή 520μ περιμετρικού διαφραγματικού τοίχου βάθους 15μ. ενώ είναι σε εξέλιξη η τοποθέτηση του σιδηρού οπλισμού της θεμελίωσης που αποτελείται από 1.750 τόνους σιδήρου και η τοποθέτηση των περιμετρικών καλουπιών της θεμελίωσης.
Υψηλή αισθητική, πρωτοποριακός σχεδιασμός, πράσινο, νερό, φως και ανεμπόδιστη, εντυπωσιακή θέα.
Η ολοκλήρωση του τοποθετείται στο πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2026. Στο τέλος του 2023 θα φαίνεται η κατασκευή του 2ου ορόφου. Ανα 10 ορόφους θα φτιάχνεται και η εξωτερική επένδυση.
Όλες οι λήψεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν από πιστοποιημένους χειριστές Drone.

The works for the residential skyscraper Riviera Tower in Elliniko are progressing at a fast pace. The Riviera Tower will be the country's first coastal skyscraper, the tallest and the first "green". It will have 50 floors and 170 apartments, while the ground floor will have 2,000 sq.m. The Riviera Tower will be the country's first green skyscraper and the tallest in the Mediterranean, since it will measure 200 meters high and will have over 200 private residences with a panoramic view of the Saronic Sea. The sub-foundation of the Tower and the podium have already been completed with the construction of 316 piles up to 55 m deep, the construction of 520 m of perimeter partition wall 15 m deep. while the installation of the iron reinforcement of the foundation consisting of 1,750 tons of iron and the installation of the perimeter molds of the foundation are in progress. High aesthetics, innovative design, greenery, water, light and an unobstructed, impressive view. Its completion is placed in the first quarter of 2026. The end of 2023 will see the construction of the 2nd floor. Every 10 floors, the exterior cladding will also be made.
