That Imperial officer really earned his death, man kept endlessly pushing it, kept disrespecting every one of his soldiers regardless of their loyalty, and is probably the very reason the clones began to sway in loyalty to begin with. He purposely kept throwing them around like disposable trash, and treated them similarly. This all reminds me of a similar Jedi turned and desired the Sith who also died in a similar fashion during the clone wars. The difference being that the Jedi had the power to backup his desires and trash talking... while this officer had nothing. Absolutely nothing but insults... its a miracle he wasn't killed sooner. And if Crosshair hadn't done it, I wouldn't be surprised if another had done it later. Might not have even been a clone who killed him then either. Its also interesting to note how open and friendly the officer is with Crosshair at the start, only for him to immediately switch to disdain and disgust when Crosshair doesn't have his helmet on and is asking for help.

Mayday's sass was on point. He should have lived. Nolan still should have died, except with a joint blaster bolt to the head from Crosshair and Mayday. Crosshair agreeing to be examined in exchange for Mayday's care would show more growth of the character.

Mayday actually outranks Norman if I’m not mistaken and I’ve noticed that the humans including the emperor himself actually fear the clones . Keep in mind that the clones and bobba fett are children of jango fett , one of the most legendary bounty hunters throughout the entire Star Wars Timeline , also the clones mange to purge a great deal of the Jedi and are also stronger the normal humans thanks to their genes 🧬 being altered . I do know that the clones are eventually forcefully honorably discharge but letting the clones go was one of the emperors biggest mistakes . Evan Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader preferred to have clone troopers by his side then normal stormtroopers . Crosshair and a few clone battalions stayed with empire until the battle of hoth . I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the clones couldn’t adapt to the civilian life because killing is all they know . I do love the clone wars and the bad batch but Star Wars battlefront 2 (2005) really puts you in the shoes of a unnamed clone trooper that’s in the 501 legion and what he went through during both wars . In my opinion Norman actually fears the clone troopers so he has to boss them around to make himself seem like he’s bad but in reality he’s just a punk who actually never been in actual combat . I’ve also noticed that in rebals , a lot of the imperial officers didn’t serve in the clone wars and aren’t really experience leaders , only a few like grand Admiral Thrawn , grand moff Tarkin and few others served in the clone wars and also knew that Darth Vader is actually Anakin Skywalker .

Empire is a coward

I wonder what Nolan did during the Clone wars to hate clones that much. Mostly of the Imperial officers looks indifferent to them or some of them really worried about what could happen to them, even argued to keep them as main soldiers of the empire. But Nolan hate Clones for a reason...they did something to him?, a mission failed?, he was born in a "separatist" world but fought for the republic?, damn, I wanted to know more about this asshole.
