You're on the home straight ........... if the first lap of a 72 lap race 😂 Still a major sense of satisfaction in getting that floor structure essentially in place. As I'm looking at the open joists up there, a suggestion - you may have already thought of this - but as you install the first level flooring, leave one end open so you can pass the additional materials up for staging the next level joists and flooring - it's going to be much easier than trying to get everything up the stairs.

Thank you Nick for your time, energy, and sacrifices of being away from your family, to help Ryan. I didn't realize you all lived so far away from each other. I it really that far? Or does it just take so long due to the windy back roads? Anyway, it will be fun seeing what Ryan can do now on his own. It's obviously funner with others to chat with, but everyone has lives, families, commitments of their own. I have faith in you Ryan. If you want this, you'll do it. Watch KZfaq videos. So much can be taught. 👍
