I think the least Ryan could do is clean up after his friends come teach him how to build. Make sure they have a nice clean, safe work environment. 😁

I love watching you two banter and work together. I agree with some other commenters about getting a tripod. Or at least try the task on your own with Billy filming and you doing the work. I know it is quicker sometimes to do it ourselves but when we do that we are not teaching. Are you going to use the same stuff Billy used at the convent for underlayment(subfloor)?

Good grief Ryaln, clean those steps off before some slips on the debrie and gets injured. Keeping a site clean is number one on any site for safety. Maybe I'll leave it to Billy to "chew you out" on that note as I know he will. 🤣Things are coming along. Slowly but surely it will be completed so have patience. Good job today!

Billy thank you for helping g Ryan😂. Our Big workshop burned completely down On the night of January 1. My husband does most of the work. But forgets to clean up. I agree clean as you go so it won't be so bad😂

Hi Ryan I know i've mentioned it before, but please use a mask or spray a fine sprinkle of water over the dust. because u r breathing in that dust , and u will regret it in later life. And all that hard work will b a waste. good luck with your renovation .

Watched all the videos since you acquired the property, I'm impressed by your determination to take on such a project. Appreciate the admission that you are doing it on no money and plan on taking it forward. Love the most recent videos where your close friends gave you sage & sound advice.. A couple of suggestions, as someone familiar with tackling big jobs on low funds: Don't get into debt if you can help it. Take it slow and focus on those near term goals. I noticed in most vlogs you mentioned the tunnel and basement room & how much you love it: I would hang some LED lights down there, clear these out of rubbish, level out that room, lay down a vapor barrier and put down a floor of scrap wood and use it for storage for all materials not actively in use during construction & demolition.
