Ok so looking back through the editing, i would say the contact was 50/50 as i was overtaking the Audi, i did push slightly wide as i caught the kerb on the left, but i also think he tightened up his line as i was making the pass. I will take accountability for that, it was an aggressive move for sure and i had such a massive over-run i had to go for the gap he left on the inside. In my jubilation in snagging 2nd right at the end i forgot to grab the replay, so i do not know for sure it was a malicious rebuttal or just lack of control when he cleaved into me, but as i lack any evidence i will just give the benefit of the doubt and say it was lack of control! Apologies for my heated demeanour, it was just a very heated moment and i thought the amazing race i was having with Milky was ruined by a rammer. Now i have cooled down i can see how that could all be explained by other means!
