Thanks for this great reminder. I have been extensively journaling, reflecting and receiving insights from nondual experiencing. I feel like making constant progress, but the personal shadow work associated with this can go so very deep. And all those insights can grt us back to the headspace. It does seem to be a matter of how fully we can allow ourselves to really feel how we feel. The trigger feels like a burning knot in my navel and says "You (other people) don't understand!". After awakening, I noticed that cutting off such reactivity is possible, but that is not genuine feeling. The videos on working with repressed anger by Irene Lyons have been wonderfully helpful so far. Thank you! ❤

If you mean much of the enmity we perceive is nothing but our mind, then yes. If you are identifying with everything, with oneness, than its all you, but on this plane of existence where we have bodies, use language, and have an individual experience, then there is such thing as an other, and some of these others wish you harm.

West society set up to be at each others throat and hierarchal material . so very hard to practice what you say

I am wondering how this could relate to the idea Christians have of salvation. That there is only one view of God (Theirs) and only through repentance and faith in Christ as their personal saviour will they inherit eternal life. I ask because when I speak to Christians and more specifically those who are more fundamentalist intheir beliefs, they will have it no other way that they alone are in possession of the One Truth, about life, death, in fact everything. This is all, also firmly fixed in the context of a spiritual battle between good and evil, or their God & Satan. I personally think this fosters division and that it has nothing to do with spiritual unity or any kind of unity. I'm not an atheist, by the way.
