Had it once, seen what I thought was my windows shaking like mad, went to get up to check it out but couldn’t get up, then seen a dude climb up through the window and jumped on me and smiled at me with an evil smile. You guys in SA?

The hat man is typically what people report seeing if they're tripping on deliriants. Benadryl is a common one people use. I've had sleep paralysis a few times and always see a figure near my bed but it's usually small like a child.

I always see the same man, although the last one I heard a child screaming my name at the top of its lungs and that was completely fucking terrifying 😂

Nah, plenty of sober people see him. But I too have seen about 3ft tall shadow people in sleep paralysis . Those are demonic entities that will stop your breath. They’re usually attracted from drinking alcohol…The hat man is a different entity..More like a watcher…Like in the fallout game, the stranger that helps.

Yeah on every few weekends I will but these generally happen 100% sober, I’ve been getting relatively crazy sleep paralysis since I was about 12 I’d say
