I love Sandra Bullock in this movie, but the REAL mother is also beautiful. I know there is alot of ugly in the comments, but I am happy for Michael and the family he became a part of. This has become one of my favorite movies.

Really? Had she been a MOTHER he would not have been in the situation he was in,,
@johnmillar43747 жыл бұрын
Not really sure which Mother you are talking about? Did this work out best for Michael or not? That is the story here. Not what could have been with his birth mother but what did happen with his adopted family. This is a success story. Who could have a problem with that?

I have to comment on the news anchor's green dress. It is so pretty in design, and the color looks so good on you! You are so pretty too! And you don't yell at the camera in a loud voice, but speak well modulated, with such a lovely smile and manner. A real pleasure to listen to! The Tuohy family has produced some good looking kids! All 3 of them. Bravo, parents!

Not a life of privilege (the way your toned said it inferred something wrong), nobody handed it to them, that family worked hard and invested well. If anything shame on his parents for not being responsible and choosing their drugs over him. Shame on the school system ignoring him. Well done to this family.

God no one has came back here since the truth came out and they lied to make a white savior movie? That family didnt adopt him they lied and put him under a conservertorship just like britney spears. $$$$
@aldoabruzzi64173 ай бұрын
1) The movie NEVER shows them adopting him 2) The family has never said they *legally* adopted him 3) Oher's conservatorship was NOTHING like Britney Spears' Britney's was a Conservatorship of the Estate Michael's was a Conservatorship of the *Person* Hers gave control of her vast estate to her dad He was penniless when his was created, and it gave the Tuohys NO control over his future finances. She was diagnosed with mental issues and was locked into her conservatorship. Michael Oher's conservatorship court order document says there is nothing wrong with him. He was NOT locked into it. She had to fight a huge legal battle to end hers. He could have ended it any time he wanted with a simple petition (like he just did). Again.... he was declared an adult with no physical or mental issues. Her dad was actively managing her money, making investments, handling contracts, etc. After using Michael's to satisfy the NCAA.... the Tuohys did nothing with Michael's. It sat there for 20 years... unused and forgotten.
