Me too ! I have it, and I find that the PS2 is better than the PS4! Why? Because PS2 doesn't have incessent updates and random game downloads, and the PS2 doesn't have a paid service. All is free (exept the console, controllers, games, and memory cards ^^) ! Conclusion: it was better before.

The Startup Of Playstation 1994 Also Known as the One Which started it all has the best startup of Playstation series. When You see and hear That Intro You DO realize that You Are Travelling To A Different Dimension full Of Artificial Intelligence. Without A Doubt The First One Is The Best One.

You smell Like poop, me too because my grandma had the PlayStation 2, and she had both PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games, (even though I don’t how/why she had PlayStation games because she never had the PlayStation but at least the they worked on the PlayStation 2), so the PlayStation 2 was my first PlayStation.

The first PS3 startup sounds so elegant. Like an orchestra which warms up and welcomes you and the instruments are the hardware of the console. So cool!

The original Playstation startup has so many memories tied to it for me. I also like the PS2 startup with lots of memories but the original is more visceral and emotional for me. Sony is one of the reasons I gained a fascination for Japan as a kid in the mid 90s that I still have today.

Damn PlayStation 1 that sound brings back memories of me hiding under my blankets whenever I turn it on and my brothers weren’t in the room at night ... that sound always scared me as a kid :( felt like demons where gonna hunt me and not to mention PlayStation 2 was even worse ... I had nightmares because of that one 😂
