Don't plead to get her back. "WHy???" the strongest negotiation point is to be able to walk away and mean it. she dumped you b/c she doesn't feel as strongly as she used to. he keeps texting and pursing her, b/c he has a scarcity mindset. He's like the roomba who keeps bumping into the corner. Tell her "Give me a call if you wanna work things out" and then walk away. ----- spoke to her after a month and did not push for anything romantic and was cocky/funny, being light and playful in their interactions.

If your ex had BPD just forget her because once discarded permanently, you can be sure you don't even exist for her and if you do, it's definitely not in a good way. You wouldn't want the toxicity back in your life anyway.

Leave the door open is #1 if they dump you. If someone doesn't contact you after dumping you after no contact it says a lot about their ability to love, forgive, and reflect. Basically their capacity to love you over time and how important you are in their mind from day to day. If you act before them you will never be sure that they care enough to maintain a second go around, and it will cloud your new relationship with insecurity and doubt. Think before you give in and contact them. You may get them back, but it does have a cost. And that cost may haunt you. Better to maintain no contact and work on yourself on your own timeline than to count down 30 days focusing on them and the past.

I'm so glad you don't teach that 30 day no contact strategy bullshit, then start contacting the girl cold after that cause in nearly all the situations I've seen under other Coaches video's that teach that, they either got ignored or short unemotional responses and it can be very discouraging but yet I'm sure it does work for a few but it's got a low success rate.

doesnt matter. You have to watch these videos. Fail at what the coach teaches and after that you know he is telling the truth and you have examples of how everything went wrong compared to the teacher.

Damn, this is the 50th [or so] video I've watched and wish I would've seen this one 6 months ago. Broke up (I was in love and I felt like I didn't get the attention I was hoping for) and sent a mail after 2 months, best new year wishes at 4 months and a final mail some weeks ago. Pathetic, brought myself down, no self-respect so never again. Back to being an alpha male that I always was, let the next woman now show that she's really into me.

@@CharlesFerraro This is rather odd : I've posted this more than 6 years ago... And it's strange to see myself being so let-down in myself back then... And also being so honest about it in such a public 'forum'. But thanks for asking :-) As it happens to be, I did indeed resort to becoming that self-confident "me" that I was before and met my wife (oh yes) about a year later. And I realized that true love is... unique... special... and you just 'know' if the other half is as invested in the relationship as you are. If she isn't : don't waste your time, move on, don't look back - there's someone better out there somewhere. Enjoy being single while you're going about living your life, enjoy doing the things you love doing, hopefully meet new people and ...never...contact...an...ex...again... :-) We're all different and there are certainly no golden rules in that game called 'dating' but there are a few certainties and a few pointers that you pick up along the way. But the biggest one might be : just enjoy your life and the many paths you take during that life - even the 'wrong' ones will be a source to grow as a person and these 'lesser' experiences will (hopefully) make you just a tad wiser and hopefully a bit stronger ;-)

@@CharlesFerraro Thanks so much :-) That's indeed great news and rather unexpected (never expected to pop the question at my age). And as for kids : alas, she has 2 kids from a previous relationship (16 and 14 already) and I'm already too "old" (just became 46) to have kids of my own :-) Besides : our life is filled with other activities/priorities so we don't have the time or the energy to raise up a kid. And I genuinely and sincerely hope you can find that perfect and loving partner to start a family. But don't let that be your main focus, I know that the feeling can be overwhelming at times but you can't force it (unfortunately). And also my thanks for the support for my shitty ex ;-) We broke up in September and in October she was already dating another guy - got knocked up 2 months later and the last info I had was what I saw when I sent that final mail. It seems she wasn't alone and miserable :-) But honestly : whatever she is doing right now - I don't care and hope you'll understand that I'm also not willing to investigate :-) Our time together was... whatever it was... positive and negative... That time together became a few (distant) memories and I've built so many more memories with my wife in those 5 years that we're now together which have filled up that big box of memories and moved all the other memories to a small room for archiving purposes :-)

GF dropped the bomb on me and it hurt like nothing else...went no friends no contact. I read the book 5 times and got her back after 4 months!....well that's not it after all that I basically got complacent and it caused issues I just didn't know how to handle or recognize...causing attraction levels to drop... I take fault! (but did recognize a bit of passive aggressive w her, which takes real skill to deal with...but I think it would of be preventable if I passed her testing) Any way back to NC and on my 7 th read....so do read the fuckin book 10-15 times! - another note, when reading I hear my voice in my head but on the beginning of this 7 th read it's the coaches voices in hear..wow

Gawd, I'm such a moron. I broke up with my ex in a pretty bad way a few months ago and ended up looking like a total jackass. She lost all respect for me especially because I called her 4 times within that period. Having come to grips that it's totally over today, like a total moron, I accidentally called her when I was trying to block her number from my phone book. This forced me to send her an awkward text saying it was an accident. The Universe definitely has a sense of humor at my cost:(

I stopped contacting .after 3 months she texted me couple of times saying she missed me and again after a month. I never responded expecting an apology. Now that I know calling itself is a form of apology and if you wanted a proper one you could get it after you meet her. It has been 2 months since she texted me. Sad . I wish i had watched it before. I can't just text her now can I? It has been 6 months since I stopped texting. Never call/text ex . They will definitely call you seeing that you respect yourself. Believe in yourself. Clay Andrews is an “ex back guru” for lack of a better term and he has a coined term of “active no contact” where you work on yourself, your mental and emotional world and self control. My advice to guys reading this is if you ever did reach back out to a chick at the very least use Corey Wayne’s basic principles as your “active no contact”. You’re obviously breaking a rule though which I wouldn’t recommend, but hey, rules are a replacement for being present in the moment. Always just keep in mind whatever you do or don’t do in any given moment shapes the dynamic between you two and sometimes less is more and 100% of the time you should just go work on yourself. You have an idea generally what’s wrong with you if you dug and searched painfully deep enough. Good luck gents(there’s no such thing as luck; luck is preparation meeting opportunities)✌🏽

Advice? What if your behavior turned your ex off and made him lose faith in your relationship and led to his breaking up with you? Should I still not pursue after being broken up with? My boyfriend broke up with me three months ago and after limited contact via texting with my initiation, and two periods of no contact that lasted one and two weeks, he began to warm up to me. He even agreed to get together with me three times, but it was simply physical and he was still emotionally shut down and not ready to talk about us. However, he hasn’t been dating anyone else and he’s just taking time to be alone. I feel that since I pushed him away with my anxious behavior, I thought it might be better to build a positive rapport with him again. I also don’t want to make our relationship only a physical one.

@Stacey Just go no contact, if he reaches out again then meet him, but no sex. If you keep giving him sex then he will have no reason to get back together in a relationship.

Stacey Swope I disagree with @solidn6. You should be doing the 3H’s - hanging out, having fun, and hooking up. I think Your problem is you haven’t changed your behavior. He broke up with you because of your anxious behavior (not sure exactly what that entails) and you are still exhibiting that same kind of behavior by pursuing him and convincing him to hang out with you. No contact is not a period of time between contacting him. No contact is you walking away and never looking back until he contacts you. It needs to be his idea to want to get together with you, not you convincing him to hang out. He needs to sort through things on his own without your influence and in the meantime you need to assess your anxious behavior. Then if he does decide to come back, again it will be his idea and he will be able to see you’ve improved your behavior

If I broke up with my ex, but later decided to contact her, and found that she is still willing to have sex with me when where not even together, then I wouldn't bother or even think about getting back together. I'm getting her time and sex, what more do I need?

khgriffi - Thanks for your advice....I hear you loud and clear!! 👍 In the past six months I have reached out to my ex periodically and still tried to convince or persuade him to be with me - which is part of that anxious behavior that is triggered by time and space. The past six months apart has been a real challenge for me as I become more secure with myself and content being alone, without a partner in my life. What I have been doing the past six months obviously isn’t working out for me. I’ll go no contact for a few weeks and then reach out and sometimes he’ll agree to see me and sometimes he won’t, but each time it’s simply physical and nothing else. He’s still emotionally removed and refuses to talk on the phone or talk about us. Our infrequent time together is short-lived and leaves me feeling empty. I don’t want this new guy, I want the guy that was giving me his all and and wanted me by his side. And, I agree, until he comes to his own conclusion and wants to reach out to me on his own and wants to give us another try, then I do need to release him, focus on myself and being happy in spite of not having him in my life. I want the guy who brought me flowers and gave me his heart. I won’t be happy settling for anything less with him. I still believe in our connection and I believe in our feelings for each other. Now, I need to let go and believe in the best. I still love him unconditionally and want him happy and out of his self-described “funk,” but I can’t create his happiness for him.

Hi I have a problem guys.. I went no contact on a girl that blew me off, what I mean is she cancelled dates, took time to respond me. From being very hot she went very cold. After 10 days she texted me saying she misses me and she doesn’t like the fact we are not interacting like we used to. I texted for few minutes and asked her out on a date. She said she is ill and can’t make it. So I said it’s ok and told her to come back when she will figure out her schedule. After 2 days she again wrote me basically saying that I went cold on her and she thinks that I’m mad at her. I told her that I’m really busy and don’t have that much time and asked her why she is thinking that way. She responded that these just her very weird thoughts. I’m strong, i’m dating other girls and I can resist the urge of writing to her. But did I miss the opportunity to ask her out again after those 2 days? Should I ask her out in few days? Or should I JUST WAIT UNTIL SHE REACHES OUT AGAIN and If she does I’m just going to ask her out . Guys out there, give me a hand please :))

I have a question ,my ex husband stays in my house ,I took him back cause he said he is in love with me ,but after a matter of time he started back up again with the dating sites , spending time with his friends and and put his friends above me ,I have lost interest in being with him ,I can't trust nothing his says ,I don't call or text him anymore ,I'm just going 4ward with my life , learning to just be free we don't sleep together ,and yes he does drugs so I want be apart of his life style so that tells me I'm not worthy to be in his life ,he just uses my house as a place to eat and sleep ,we don't do anything together ,he wants to be in my business ,but he doesn't won't me in his business , please give me some advice ,I think I'm doing the right thing buy not calling or texting him , please give me your insight on the ,I ended it with him cause I got tired of being last in his !!!!!

My ex and I have not spoken a word to each other for 6 months, he got a girlfriend the same day we stopped talking. Anyways he randomly out of the blue messages me asking me how I am and said he genuinely wants to know how I am doing. He than goes onto say how he still cares for me and it's more genuine than before and that he's still here for me... Does this mean anything?

I've been watching your videos and waiting for a challenge I can do to move myself forward... Guess I'm asking out 100 women... feels terrifying. Will update in 20 days Well shit, that was a much MUCH more difficult than I would care to admit. I only managed to walk up to 58 women and get 6 numbers. At the very least I'm grateful that my anxiety towards approaching gorgeous ladies has diminished greatly

I have been building myself up, mentally, spiritually, and financially since then and am now looking for my future wife with similar outlooks, personal goals, as well as desire to help humanity
