In this video coaching newsletter I discuss 2 different emails from 2 different viewers. The 1st email is from a viewer who met a girl at the gym he works at. For the first few weeks he was hanging out, having fun and hooking up just like 3% Man, teaches. Then he got over confident and sloppy. She started backing off and eventually asked for space. Now he’s in limbo and not sure what to do next as it’s been a month since, but she comes to his classes and stays to talk with him sometimes. The 2nd email is from a viewer who was dating a girl who went back to her ex, but is now contacting him again. He tried several times, but she would not commit to a definite date. For the past 4 months she reaches out, but hasn’t brought up getting together. However, this last time she was asking him for favors and he’s not sure how to respond.

If a woman really likes you, you don't have to chase, she'll make it easy for you. All you have to do is not screw it up. If you do, go no contact, and she'll probably come back. Then apply what this guy says.

Sometimes there isn't any relationship. It was simply a narcissist that was using you for feed. If you go no contact, many times they will never attempt to contact you, which means that they are doing you a favor. You must not cave in. There was no love. Any pain that you feel was just stemming from breaking away from the trauma bonding.

You can read 3 percent man as many times as you want (and yes I read it over 15 times) but if you never learn to read yourself, you'll never get good at deep, intimate and authentic connection. That requires therapy for most people because their egoic masks (covering up their traumas) will still remain intact after reading the book and will eventually (when triggered) make them act uncentered. You have to learn how to accept all parts of yourself fully. That is what something like IFS therapy does, which I can very much recommend.

I think the issue is, most guys just want simple relationship, with one good woman. Once we meet a woman that we really like we get overexcited, which naturally results in chasing. We simply go after what we want, which is fine in any other areas of our lives except dating. So the woman feels that this guy is all over her, and she pulls away. Now the guy is lost, and that’s when Corey comes in. Corey’s simplified advice is to leave her alone and go out, meet bunch of other women. Which is a great advice, but once you start following it you become emotionally numb to the original woman (or woman that used to excite you), they drop value in your eyes; she used to be your 9, but now she’s 6. All excitement is gone, and who wants to be with 6 for the rest of his life? So you have to keep dating and dating, “looking for the right one”, you need to become serial dater. The issue with this attitude is that you won’t really end up with any women for long term, they all eventually become boring 6s…

Wrong. If you stop chasing her and she comes back and start chasing you, she will be more attractive because she is showing she wants to be with you and is being giving and a good GF. The women who give you nothing and turn you down and you have to chase them are zeros. Even if looks wise they are 10's, you are NOT getting them chasing them and acting needy. If she comes back and starts chasing you, then she will be a real 9.

@@bobross1829Hm, for me a woman who is 8-9 is simply good looking, takes care of herself, she's not overweight, she is sweet, and there are good vibes. Usually woman like this will not chase you no matter what, the reason is - you guessed it - she has many potential partners to chose from. Your advise works well in theory, but how about in real life? How many women that you consider 8-9 were chasing you? I already know the answer, otherwise you wouldn't be on this channel...

Even knowing this stuff, I fooked up. I felt so comfortable that when she said she needed time to rethink the relationship the penny didn’t drop. I just thought she’s been silly and having a pms day or something so texted her and drove her away. It didn’t compute for me. Three months on she’s hit me up saying she feels she owes me a proper goodbye and she wasn’t fair how she ended things. I told her she was perfectly clear and didn’t want me in her life anymore. She’s said she’s changed her mind, but, it’s not like I think. I didn’t reply. Not sure what she’s up to. *Update* 1 month later she reached out again. Ignoring her until she says something significant.

My girlfriend and I broke up because we’re long distance and she can’t move in with me for at least a few years and we already didn’t see each other for all of the lock downs. I honestly don’t know who broke up with who it really did feel mutual but neither of us wanted it. I still want her back but I want her to move here. Coach I have problem with the space stuff! I can give a woman a hell of a time and space but for me the time she reaches out to me is an important factor. Because if she comes after 5-6 months the translation of this is she wants to double check the market, she probably gets fucked and dumped or doesn’t worked out somewhere and now she reaches out! I would've thought that way months ago, but it's not a rule set in stone, it's not about technique'ing in life, it's just understanding that you want an outcome and you expect it to be some way, so you negotiate to get it. Unless you get what you're supposed to, you take away what you're giving and do business elsewhere. Love is giving, but you can't put yourself down or put someone else on a pedestal, because that's when people takes advantage of you. Being b-hurt is also a bad negotiation mindset. I think it sums it all up to being centered and understanding the value you offer.

I hurt my ex by not telling her I had a son in a different state that I'm currently working on getting visitation with. She found out through old social media. We got together for a week after she left the first time and she treated me terribly for lying and left again. I was stuck wanting her back. It's been over a month of no contact and I'm finally moving on. I wanted her back at first but I don't anymore. Chances are she's hooked up with another guy and loving life while I'm suffering with the heartbreak so it's all up from here. I treated her great and was the only guy to make her cum. She will regret this. I don't take exes back. Work on yourself and fix your issues before dating anyone.

Yeh but The girl broke it off first, she was the one who wanted space. Guys mistake though was talking to her after classes for 20 or so mins. I wouldnt have hung around for long. Would have told her I'm busy got to go see you next time. Guaranteed she'd call you and ask you out again.. End of the day she wanted space so why would you hang around and talk to her after class.
