* Sixty years of an examined life has brought me to the making of this video. Through honest and objective examination of my life and others’, I recognize the flaws in myself that has, from time to time, derailed me from a healthy and productive life.
As I continuously and extensively examine my life, I realize how much I wish I could just go back and realign myself with what I know now, but of course I cannot-but what I can do is share what I have learned thus far; a cultivation I know now, is without end.
I have sat with many people as they took their last breath, and as they transitioned, every single one of them has found the same profound truth-a truth that resonates far beyond the limits of a superficial world.
This film was made as inspiration to know the value and infinite wisdom of an examined life (at any age).
