Fantastic reaction!! This movie really gets me emotional, because I watched it at a low point in my life, and the movie reminded me what it is to have a strong passion and chase your dreams.

Cant believe how hard this movie hit me, I've been drawing since i could pick up a pencil and would also set up scenarios with action figures just like spielberg did. if only this came out when i was a child : D

The last scene is by far the best scene in the entire film. Hiring David Lynch, who is one of the top best directir alive,.to.play the legendary John Ford was a stoke of genius. Lynch killed that role.

I'll die on the hill that this is one of Spielberg's very best films... and it annoys me that it didn't get - and still hasn't gotten - all that much attention. 😑 Give me this over some of his more grossly overrated prestige pictures like "Schindler's List," "Saving Private Ryan," or "Lincoln" any day.

I suspect the evil monkey villain in Rauders of The Lost Ark was Spielberg's revenge on the pet monkey he hated so much 😅😅😅

I seriously hope that sequence eith the jesus girl.really happened in real life because it is by far the funniest sequence in the film.

I suspect the jock being distressed about looking amazing onscreen as if it is a fake version of him might have been indpired by a private moment between Spielberg and Harrison Ford. Spielberg shot Ford as Indiana Jones as a larger than life character, echoeing to the older movies serials, but at the time Ford like rverybody else on Holywood at the time were used to make realistic films more down to Earth. This is my suspicioun about the indpiration for the scene.
