My Aunt tried to hit me with a broomstick as I hid under the bed so I had to cling on to the side close to the wall and switch back and forth from top to bottom. Anthony isn’t racist, but who he’s married to isn’t really relevant. That’s why he didn’t bring it up here. He didn’t need to, and it wouldn’t really have proved anything. Slander and libel require proof of falsehood and proof of malicious intent in the United States and the burden of proof is on the plaintiff. They're notoriously difficult to win in the US for that reason. I'm guessing such a case would probably be very difficult to make in this case unless someone finds some evidence that the author intended to defame him.
