I really like C.A.R.E. Not only because of bonuses and relic world, but also the fact, that it is essentially an artificial version on living planet concept. Also, irony of making AI more human than actual people always amuses me.

I always felt bad for C.A.R.E. when I encountered it. The Adult Literature made a good point.

Never had this event happen. Its quite nice. In general I wish the game had a lot more random events like this.

It's a good event, well thought out and lots of detail. I also hope for more; the Toxoids speicies pack is rumored to have a few good stories, so we have that to look forward to :)

i LOVE the C.A.R.E. event for a whole bunch of reasons, the main one being my usual playstyle of a rouge servitor machine intelligence that likes to setup planetary infrastructure for my bio-trophies. it's quite easy for my emotion emulators to 'sympathize' with the C.A.R.E. a.i., plus i really like the C.A.R.E. Defragmenter. (edit: another reason i love the C.A.R.E. event is the relic world that usually comes along with it, oh how my Ganvius bio-trophies love exploring the archologies when i finish repairs.)

Not even necessarily, just not unrestrained, unrestricted capitalism for the purpose of producing wealth without value. It's an inevitable consequence of the markets, but it gets SO much worse when you decouple currency from real resources and products and tie it instead to credit.

@@Archris17 Though it was Karl Marx who popularized the idea. That eventually "value" would become completely detached from reality and you will get stuff being worth a lot because the people with money say so, even though it serves no purpose and nobody actually wants it. Some say this has already happened with the NFT's.
