Historical records aren't clear on that. Some say it was actually a decipel of the Winged Dragon of Ra and others still claim it was actually the legendary Ido, a Supremem Magical Force. The most interesting accounts are those that say Ido was actually destroyed by the Despia and tied it's magic to the heros' forces, crippling them and allowing the Despia to crush them once and for all. Perhaps they're all true and glimpses into alternate realities?

I really do hope so, if they make a new anime they could give this deck to someone important...that way the person can tell the story to someone else and we could actually see it in the anime

This video was sick! I'm currently a noob trying who didn't know at all what to pick, but after this and some more looking at card art, I reaaaally want to make some sort of albaz deck with the current available stuff in master duels. I've gotten everything in the alba secret pack except albaz the ashen and a couple of UR dragons - and don't really know where to go from here, since every website says different things. Any suggestions? It looks super fun and scratches my "need lore" itch (and I now want every card shown in this awesome video).

Recently Konami bought/created a Anime Studio, maybe they will start making little anime's about the cards lore so the game gains more visibility

There are a few problems with this one tho : Quem is the first saint of dragon dogma/dogmatika, the girl in red hair are sacrificial children for her to be possessed, because quem was already dead before the start of the story, she then sacrificed for bystial creations, while quem possessed the defeated ecclesia. her effect specifically use other monster to buff herself, mirroring her power of control others and her sacrificial status since you can't kill the high level dogmatika without killing her first while she is on the field.

dogmatika/dragon dogma believe that become a a dragon is the ultimate form of enlightenment, maximus and quem sadly met aluber instead albaz prior to the beginning of the story, aluber is actually a demon not a dragon as you can see from his real form masquerade and his name in Japanese basically means false son of God while albaz is legitimate son of God, we can see that maximus is actually a decent man in the dogmatika token artwork.

@@r3zaful what dogmatika token? also what card that shows maximus met aluber first? the rest i agree. as the name implies ; he is masquerading a dragon, but in fact, his type is fiend. aluber original type is also fairy, not dragon. I purely believe aluber does this just out of boredom, as his token flavortext said : he mocked the light while deceiving the dark. He's his own alignment.

konami needs to step up their game. Main series anime has been in decline since forever and the way netflix series are done nowadays they could make the amazing lore of some of the game archetypes like branded or world legacy into something like Arcane, Vox Machina, Castlevania, DOTA, etc... They could even go for an episodic take for the smaller arquetypes like one week Spyrals, the next Blackwings, the next Necroz, etc.. It has so much potential besides what they have been doing for the last 25 years, besides a hit series or movie on netflix would amp the momentum the franchise got with master duel the last couple of years introducing new people to the game also.

Yeah the video departs more and more from what we already have as translations towards the end. The crystal Cartesia has on her staff from what I can tell was Aluber's objective all along, for Maximus to sacrifice all those saints and for all 666 saints to meld together as one, producing that crystal which Aluber ultimately takes with him. From memory Cartesia also treats the Bystials (apart from Aluber) like a mother, and there's no mention the Bystials were a mere shadow of their former selves as kings of the world beyond the Hole. Luluwalith surfaced after Albaz rescued Ecclesia from Cartesia's form and Cartesia's body started breaking down but Fleur's sheer power of will to save Ecclesia saw her take control and reform Cartesia's disintegrating body into Luluwalith, one-shots Dis Pater with thousands of lightning bolts then Quem ultimately takes control of the body and sets off on her own journey with the souls of all the other saints inside her, including a now dormant Fleur. Maximus becomes Alba Zoa during the events of this battle then consumes all the Bystials to become Dis Pater. I think it can be assumed that Golgonda borders the Dogmatika nation, so the battle can foreseeably be considered to straddle both areas. The Tri-Brigades' blue weapons were said to have anti-Hole properties (Maximus' power source) which was the entire reason Kitt and the Springans went to the land of steel to get more in order to help Albaz/Ecclesia. Fleur ran back to Dogmatika after one-shotting serpent Golgonda and saving Ecclesia/Albaz to confront Maximus who had become Dramaturge. She didn't succeed and Ecclesia fell to despair because of it, which was the final trigger needed for all the saints becoming Cartesia. The pet on Albaz's shoulder is in fact something else that dropped out of Cartesia during the battle and is the soul of one of the saints from memory, has nothing to do with Argyro System. In fact we see the remains of Argyro's Spright energy seep into the armour husks left behind by Bystial Lubellion and becomes Fallen of Argyro, who sets off on its own journey. tl;dr just go read the actual translations, they make a lot more sense.

@@MrDuckyart thank you. The video was a great story until stuff stopped to make sense, where most of the problems comes from the fact that a character cannot be in two places at the same time. That black creature on albaz shoulder looks a lot like the Argyro system but I haven't read the translations.
