Cover with foil and place in the oven at 200°C / 392°F for 30 minutes.
Place the meat in a preheated pan and sear for 2 minutes on each side.

Take the vegetables out of the oven and remove the foil.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread with barbecue sauce.
Send it to the preheated oven at maximum temperature for 20 minutes.

2 teaspoons tomato paste.
Juice of half a tangerine or orange for sweetness (I have an orange).
2 teaspoons lemon.
