Hello dear friends! In this video I show you a unique recipe that will surely surprise you! This recipe is easy and delicious and no one will guess how you made it! We will use 900g of pork ribs, from which we first remove the skin. Then we rub them well with 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of basil and 1 teaspoon of oregano. After removing excess moisture, we put the ribs in a bag for baking and secure it with string. Then we put 6-7 plums and 2 cloves of garlic on top of the meat. We place the peeled onions on the baking tray and bake everything at 180°C for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, we cut 500g of potatoes into slices and cook them in salted water until tender. Then we add milk and butter and carefully chop the potatoes. After the 45 minutes of baking time, we place the potatoes around the ribs on the baking sheet and bake them for another 15 minutes.
