Jakob and Lisa do not grow conventional vegetables: the young couple based their farm in Eppan/Appiano in South Tyrol on permaculture, without the use of artificial fertilizers or herbicides. Their philosophy relies on setting work steps at the right time and tilling the soil as little as possible. It is nature that drives their daily life.
