We have last name CENIZA in the Philippines too. 🥰 Magellan arrived in Mexico in 1521. Then after that on the same year, they arrived in the islands now called Philippines. A lot of Spanish words remain in use in the Philippines. What remained of the majority of the Spanish language is spoken in a Southern Philippine province called Zamboanga. It's broken Spanish mixed with other Filipino words. It's called CHAVACANO. (Creole) You can search KZfaq.
