He was barely a villain. More like a inconvenience. In my opinion the best ones were Hobbs, Owen Shaw, deckard Shaw and D.K

@@thomaspanditfan2435 DK? You must be significantly younger than me. That inconvenience killed Jesse in the most realistic piece of violence in the entire franchise. After the first FnF, all movies completely lost touch with reality. Tokyo was an attempt to rekindle that realism, but DK was so unbelievably corny, it made no difference. The FnF was without question the best and most iconic film in the franchise and every movie since (besides Tokyo) has been nothing but one upmanship and it’s sad. By the time we saw Shaw, the movies were so unbelievable and ridiculous they don’t even count in my mind. They were simply milking the series to put out action films and bank on the nostalgia of an entire generation.

We need Johnny Tran to return in FF10. He is ressurected by Eteon as a cyborg. The very same AI that created Brixton in Hobbs and Shaw. It will appear that all this time, he was orchestrating the whole chaos going on in the series. Carter Varone, Takashi (DK), Arturo Braga, Hernan Reyes, and Cipher, were all his pawns. He wanted to extract revenge on Dom for their business deal that went sour, and for the mistake Dom made sleeping with Johnny's sister. Then Johnny's sister will appear, and it will be revealed that she had a love child with Dom. Then Jesse's dad who was in Jail in FF1 will be released from Prison and Join Dom's crew.

When I was young I didn’t necessarily understand the context or meaning of this scene but looking back now. It would seem that this guy Ted stole Johnny’s Engines that he aimed to make a profit as they would come with a moneymaking price tag right before the race wars. Johnny displayed some very psychopathic behavior which then leads Brian to believe that Johnny could be the guy stealing DVD players from the trucks. Just some food for thought for the context of the scene, wasn’t even born when this film came out so it’s nice to look back and understand it better.

Now that I think about it - Johnny shoved Ted into a engine bay of 3RD GEN INTEGRA GSR ( Assuming because of the black OEM tower Brace) then ask about SR20 Motors. That make no sense . Whats the back story of the SR20 motors and Johnny Tran ? All I see is TWO HONDAS in this clip.

If you knew the scene back in the day, Yes i had the same question too about Sr20's in civics. The older generations who use to street race said that Sr20's were like the biggest displacement you can get back in the day. Just like now we have the K20/24 Swaps lol

@@mrsquishyboots Maybe they wanted to make the Integras and Civics RWD with those SR20 but If Tran was rich he could have purchased F20C's in Japan Spoon and Mugen were already making aftermarket parts for the F20C

I always wondered if whoever it was that removed the Nissan engines from those Honda's, kept all of the bolts etc organised and unplugged the wiring looms. Possibly even labelled the connections?
