Whoa. 10K in 30:11. That's a 4:51.45 per mile. Spencers the GOAT.

And it’s still almost 4 minutes off the wr... Surely Olympians aren’t human?
@kigen64004 жыл бұрын
Random Guy What😂 Four minutes is a lot in a 10K lol. Spencer still did something impressive but, Yooo...He's not on Kenenisa Bekele's 26:17 at the moment.
@kigen64004 жыл бұрын
FromRussiaWithLove Yeah but are you really gonna tell me Spencer's 30:11 would even reach 27 minutes on the Track? Of course not. Even past his 5K/10K prime, In 2012 Bekele did a 27:49 in the 10km Road Race. Not to mention One month and a half ago, he did a 2:01:41 Marathon in Berlin (Which averages to a 28:50 10K average) So yeah, Cross Country has more disadvantages but Bekele was a Cross Country goat in the earlier 2000s wym. I think Spencer needs to best his american compatriots like Chris Solinsky or Galen Rupp before stepping up to the big boys. Spencer's a Talent, but even I doubt he'd do a Sub 28 10K on the track at this moment.

The starts are so fast and stressful. Way to bring it this year at this race compared to previous years. You did so well that I'll overlook the fact that the dude dusted you at the finish. You looked so hyped after the race. These feelings are what make the grind worth it.
