We could literally tell by the number of people and the first 2 "back up"s how this was going to end. You guys just handled it really good, patience and leave, people got to learn, you make the terms, they got to listen.

There’s such an easy way to make this organized. At this point Dee needs to take a break from these videos, hire someone to set up these events in various cities, and then resume them. You can make them very organized you just need to instill a system where players have to pre-register and everyone not registered has to sit in the stands. These videos used to be great but they seem more like a “back up” compilation than a 1v1 video. I would love to help with this since these types of events are what I got my diploma for

If you haven’t already, hire an event coordinator to get all this setup for you. Get the barricades setup along with some pads and remove anyone who tried to come over the barricades that isn’t either a player or some type of sponsor or something. You can still keep it like an open field and let walks ups go but you definitely gotta get some more order. And most importantly, you need a microphone, and a pa system, not a megaphone. A mic/speaker system would do you wonders even without everything else.

I appreciate them taking responsibility for some of the organization issues. However it’s pretty sad that people can’t simply follow rules. Definitely time for event coordinator, barricades, more security, and Pre registration. Doing it for the community is pointless if they won’t listen.

Dee, I feel like it would be more organized if the people that were actually getting on the field got bands BEFORE they run the 1s and start with a warm up round and then straight to elimination. To avoid all the confusion of not knowing if the people without bands are running or not so if you don’t got a band get behind the barriers so they don’t interfere with the QB or the flow of things.

The ones who register in time get a number and they are the only ones allowed on the field. Get someone to coordinate the event to have better organization. Try to make it like a combine style where you have a number and you get called up by your number
