This video is about how to cut and make an Acrylic, Plastic, PVC or Plexiglass electric hot knife cutter or blade by modifying from a simple iron nail. an art carving blade(used) and a normal soldering iron which can easily get at your house garage or department store nearby.
I used my favorite power tools such as Mini Electric Engraving Drill Grinder machine, Wood working Table Clamp, safety Goggle and Small size Pliers to get this DIY project done. By watching this tutorial you can know how to cut and make the Acrylic, Plastic, PVC or Plexiglass electric hot knife cutter or blade just in 15-30 minutes.
The materials are very simple you just need a normal Soldering Iron, 1x Art carving blade (Used), 1x Iron Nail and 1x Wire Connector. Therefore, after you have successfully made the Electric Hot Knife Cutter then you can easily cut Acrylic, Plastic, PVC or Plexiglass anywhere anytime!!
