I just stick my trimmings in a mound of dirt that’s behind my shed in full sun & forget about them. A month later i’ll come back to 10 new rose plants that I need to pot up. I have a 100% success rate with this method. When I over think it and try to root them in separate pots & fuss with them, that’s when they rot & die.

I just now did 4 pieces, no need for the banana. I have so many new plants from cutting, just cut and push deep into a pot of soil.

@@maya_maya7137maybe add a glass or bag or any sort of covering on top. These cuttings may have leaves intact and over time leaves lose moisture from the sun and air etc. keeping it covered seals in the humidity keeping it fresh and plump so the roses stay alive whilst roots form. Just place some bag or cover the stem and leaves.

😂😂😂 first time seeing Rose plant having main root stock. I think he cur the roots of papaya seedlings and attached into rose cutting. Rose roots are not this white colour.

The roots are not rose roots it is a combination of a rose cutting with the roots of a weed or something,joined at the bottom with glue!😅😅😅😅😅😅

My grandma planted a rose bush by our house when my dad and mom got together, sadly, they split up and my grandma dug it up but 2 years later the rose bush came back and my grandma died a year later, now thats the only thing i have to remember my grandma about, who i really did love❤️‍🩹

Bueno, según me enseñó mi abuela, no se corta allí, se corta en la unión de 2 ramas y es allí donde puede enraizar, 2. el plátano en su descomposición va a generar calor que terminará por matar la planta, Con colusión: no usar plátano y cortar en otro lado.

I had originally just pushed it down into the dirt & there were already little nobes that looked like they were already beginning to root. However, 🌹 Roses are known to love sugar... So, I think this will definitely assistant them to succeed.

I don’t know about that banana part, but you can just throw a bunch of cuttings in good soil and some will make it in some not it depends on which cuttings you choose. Because you have the baby cutting and then the medium, and then the hard thick ones.

i planted 3 cuttings with out banana it showed sines of growing few leaves but it again drying so what to do i want it to grow

I had succes this way: cut the stem at the end until all the green is gone, dip in honey. Do not leave too much leafs on the stick. Put the Stick in a pot with soil. Cut the bottom of a plastic bottle and place on top of the cutting (with the lid on) it prevents the soil from drying out. It worked! Will do it again with the roses from my 10 year anniversary 😊

This is not the same cutting,the first one didn't have leave on top,only had two set of leaves,beside root are fake, cutting went in Banana only one inch but root come out 3 to 4inch long and cutting turn white where root are.

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE that way! ...possible to do it..but NOT in these circumstances . The first 2 different cuttings . Second, the roots are not developing that thick way right away. Third, the plants couldn't come out that easy after for a long time in the dirt. Fourth, the banana does not decompose that fast . Fifth, the root hormones are concentrated just under the leaf growins. 😂
