I always advice women who get cheated on to remember Shania Twain. Her husband of 15 years cheated with Shania's best friend, and wanted to split up to start a relationship with her. Shania was devastated, and at one point begged her husband not to leave her. But he did and moved on with his mistress. What happened? Shortly after the divorce, Shania met this sexy Swiss-French hunk (a MAJOR upgrade from her ex) and they live together in paradise. The lesson here is if your husband wants to leave, let him. The sooner he leaves, the sooner you'll find your Swiss-French dreamboat.

If he wants to leave, let him go. After my husband left I was in agony. My father had always been my rock and two years after my husband had left, my father died suddenly. My last conversation with my father was me still crying over my ex-husband. I realized I had spent two years surrounded by people who loved me, focused only on someone that didn’t. I learned not to waste our precious time on those who don’t love us. Just let that person go, let yourself grieve, and then let yourself heal.

We were living overseas when he told me he had already begun divorce proceedings and I had to take my daughters and leave Germany immediately. I was devastated!! You are a great storyteller. Unlike similar programs, you give the story the front seat, without your ego intruding. Your voice is beautiful, well-modulated, and - this sounds strange, but your language usage is perfect. I have listened to several others with similar programs to whom I wrote below, "could you see a dialect coach?" or "get help with your verb conjugation." You are perfect and ready to roll. Good even-handed conclusions, letting the audience know when something is your opinion as opposed to straight facts. The best in the business as far as I can tell. In this case? I think and anyone in a committed marriage who sneaks around behind their partner's back is at fault right upfront. If he had come back from his trip and told her he felt something for this new person and they had gone to counseling then, he would be off the hook. Sewing recording devices into clothing is a bit bizarre, but not really any worse than going off on a trip alone and deciding you can "fall in love" et. al and then come home to your wife and say nothing. Keep up the good work.

Jennair's obsession with recording Mark's conversations escalates because the behaviour centers in her brain are rewarded every night with more content. It becomes an addiction then obsession which she can't control anymore. The writing was on the wall when she had them fake a happy marriage in exchange for signing divorce papers. Her attempts for control escalated until death.

As someone who has been cheated on before, I can understand how the wife ended up snapping. It starts with a suspicion. Then the snooping. And if you don't catch yourself, you can fall into a full on downward spiral into crazy town. I personally thought about utilizing the spyware, recording devices, etc. It makes you feel crazy, and that can certainly lead to snapping. Luckily, I made the decision to just walk away. If they are cheating, it isn't worth your time, energy, freedom, or life. Now I am of the mindset that if I feel the urge to snoop, the relationship is probably over. This is an unnecessary tragedy. And I feel like all 3 of these people had their own roles in this happening. The husband is simply the only one left to take the fall. But they all played a part in this happening.

There are so many people that resort to murder out of a desire for control. I think she acted out of anger and a desire for control more than heartbreak. People experience heartbreak all the time and murder never crosses their minds. Even in situations much worse than this. He wasn't a habitual cheater. He fell in love with someone else. I think he should have compensated her for her making the move to a different state, and upsetting her life that way. But he couldn't force himself to love her if he just wasn't feeling it anymore. That's what Jenaire just couldn't accept. It infuriated her that he actually found a young, beautiful, intelligent, successful woman who loved him. She thought she had the upper hand in the relationship all those years. I think that's what pushed him away. I'm tempted to buy his book.

Don't get married if you cannot hold yourself from being with another person everytime. Just stay single so you can do whatever you want. For both genders: respect the life of other people ESPECIALLY if the person is already married, that is if you also respect the life that was given to you.
