Are individuals still holding crypto coin and stocks? I didn’t know that , I guess a few know about integrating into the micro economy to help substitute FIAT or usdt for a more tangible exchange Experience, it more like capitalization with about 43.307% profits/ ROI weekly though.. If you want to bet that interest rates are going down then yes, you go long on bonds. Typically you will pick a longer duration (i.e 10 or 30 year treasuries) if you are very bullish and want to make a solid return on the face value of the bond. Right now the yield curve is inverted so if you want to hold shorter durations to maturity and not worry about interest rate risk then that is suitable as well. Another strategy is investing in bond ETFs (TLT) but you have to be aware you are fully exposed to the interest rate risk as there is no option to hold until maturity.

the rent delay is called "Loss to Lease" BUT, every month existing tenants are getting rent hike notices. So what is the point? Sure not all tenants will get the rent hike at once, but we have seen historically high rent increases month after month for years? how can this NOT matter?

I think what the deal is here is that the FED will try and balance out these two opposing forces. It's seems like a natural conclusion to make. "...The Fed wants to cut..." you offer zero evidence or rationale for this claim, because there is no evidence or rationale for this claim. btw, one of the world's primary oil exporters is mired in an expanding hot war. russia could spike oil any time they want to, for any number of reasons. this scenario is largely unprecedented, and is certainly NOT reflected in historical data. putting all you eggs in the oil peak price basket, despite very fluid geopolitical variables. interesting approach to managing risk, dude.
