The best help is to do it on time! If u can't do it. When I come home pray those missed prayers. So if u missed dhur, ast maghrip amd u are at home at isha. Then pray all of those before going to sleep. This will help/motivate u not to forget.I also live in a western country. But u can pray everywhere. U must have some breaks at work/school. If there is no room for privacy pray the most quite place u find. And I know sometimes it feels weitd praying infront of people. But just do it, bc u also will make indirect dawah!

I have forced my body to pray even without noticing. And sometime i may forget if I prayed or not.

Brother, try praying in the mosque. It will motivate you as you are not the only one attending the salah.

You will be spiritual beings like angels. They need no food or drink because they are immortal and they are living through God's glory. They don't need to sleep or have sex. OMG. So sad.

She did plantation a lot. She never behaved rudely with anyone. Her life was full of misery. Cause the closest relatives became enemies
