The desperation from the Captain, Yuffie having traumatic flashbacks due to "purple energy," and Sephiroth once again messing with poor Cloud's head. Then that ABSOLUTE masterpiece version of Jenova's theme. My favourite from the entire set of both games, the choir is messed up and eerie as heck. Take care Mateo, pleasure speaking with you!

Thanks Sarah!! Can't unsee the Cheetoh's mascot when Red's doing his "two legs? nuthin' to it" routine. And bowl-cut is just reacting in terror like kids do with any mascot-character... the part you missed though because it doesn't show up in the subtitles is his mom telling him "it can't hurt you." "Shinra Cheetohs man isn't real son he can't hurt you..."

Finally watching this episode and I was really excited for your reaction to Jenova Emergent (specifically the music because ugh I love the music in Remake and Rebirth) and literally nail on the coffin it’s so much like Nier, I want to say possibly they got the Bulgarian Women’s Choir but I’m not sure, however this video was AMAZING!!! I’m looking forward to the next part!!!

49:30 I really like these puzzles. There are similar puzzles for Chess that really help develop an eye for strategies. Same concept here.

Thank you for putting these videos on YT, I almost never watch or can catch Sarah on twitch, due to work. Not even sure why I watch these reaction videos, since I am playing this game currently. I guess I just like seeing sarah react to stuff like Red in a soldier uniform, and the girls playing dress up. It is a lot of fun, also great commentary as well. Keep up the good work.

1:28:39 - The way Tifa bent over like that, she knew what she was doing. The fight with Hojo's robot wasn't in the original, but IMO, it made this part a lot more fun. And I'm glad Yuffie finally joined the party at the end. She might've been an optional character back in the original version, but she's way too cute to turn down.

I’m not so sure. I don’t think Tifa realizes what’s she’s packing. She’s surprisingly insecure. She never flaunts her looks, and that humility and vulnerableness makes her even more attractive. The developers on the other hand; they know _exactly_ what they’re doing.

@@dearthofdoohickeys4703Tifa is aware of how she makes men feel. It's even part of her story in Traces of two pasts, when she's only 12 she had already started noticing how her 3 friends started acting differently around her and more or less started treating her as a prize to be won. And the sidequest with the girl who likes Johnny has her litterally say that "she gets this all the time" when she shows jealousy towards Tifa. Plenty of women have probably dragged their men out of 7th heaven due to Tifa 😂 The only one who didn't treat her as a prize was Cloud

I’m not that great at queens blood… when it came down to beating her, I did it first try… like either I was super lucky or she is way too easy to beat. Or I’m better than I think… nah probably not. Anyways yeah the girls beach outfits are very cute.

The relationships in FF7 are kind of ambiguous and up for interpretation. I agree with you that their relationship is important, but I also think the other relationships in the game are important, too. There is no “right” ship. People are free to have their own preferences as long as they don’t push it on others (which I never do).
