this part gives me super mario rpg flash backs, as in this is so in line with the sort of style and moments square would have in their games at this time in the 90's 16:14 bar for bald people only

The game was already great in the Grasslands and Junon regions, but then you get to Shinra's Junon and from then on it really takes off, with the parade and the cruise and then Costa Del Sol one right after the other, it's hit after hit after hit, I was like "how does this game just keep getting better with every chapter?" Also, I love Roche. And Queens Blood! Can't wait for the next one.

I also relate to Aerith more and I just happen to 100% ship her with Cloud. I have been realizing lately that Aerith in these remake games is extremely neurodivergent coded and seeing her through that lens just makes me relate even more 😂

@@SarahKey that's good news. in one of the previous parts you talked about how you didn't really enjoy playing as Aerith, hopefully when you use her weapon skills you'll like it more, as well as the other party members. Even 1 new skill can change how fun the character is to battle with

Honestly, I don't think you should ever feel like you have to defend your shipping preferences. Dumb internet wars aside, shipping is an overblown subject to begin with. If people think it matters enough to attack someone over it (and I know they do) they're delusional. Ship who you like; it's not going to change the story.
