He has to be on a ship in Perth in Perth on Feb 2nd, that's approx. 6000kms (3500 miles) total in 4 weeks!! Crazy

Yes. The speed limit is very strict here. When you get to Sydney, lots and lots of speed cameras. During long weekends and festive seasons cops hide in bushes with speed guns.

@@po.russki they use laser normally and only press it when they see you most of the time if you use a jammer or they think you use a speed "evasion" device scanners etc they can pull car apart at side of road to look for it and if found they give you that many points against your licence that you will need a taxi home with a fine of $1757. If over 45kmh over limit its a $2435 fine more then 10 points and 6 months no licence on the spot and they cancel and confiscate the registration meaning not even a friend can come drive car home needs to be towed. Try and run and they catch you its 6months mandatory jail time.

Liking drive the world so far. Man this vid takes me back to 12 years ago spending 2 years backpacking in australia. Buying scruffy cars with a bunch of friends for a roadtrip and then selling it trying to break even haha. Good times. Looking forward to the rest of the trip a lot.

The numbers on that mustang engine was the cubic inch displacement of the motor. So not small in any way. Amazing cars! Loved the tour!

Mach 1 with a 428 cubic inch big block V8. Really rare motor. Was top of the line mustang back when it came out. Lots of torque and killer sound!

No one in their right mind could expect you to know all the Ferrari models by heart whether you own one or not and until you read the sign I for one had either not even heard of it or just not remembered it amongst all the other models but what a stunning machine.

Make sure when you drive from Melbourne to adelaide you drive along the great ocean Rd. One of the best coastal drives in the world. Make sure to stop off at port campbell where the 12 apostles are. Other nice places along the way are torquay, lorne and apollo bay. Enjoy.

you MUST drive your way down to Victoria and visit Warrnambool, it is mindbogglingly beautiful. The Great Ocean Road is a beautiful road by the sea in which you can enjoy your car to its full (aussie legal) potential, this road starting near Melbourne, the capital city of Victoria leads you right to the "Twelve Apostles", the "Lochard Gorge" and of course the town of Warrnambool and much more along the way... A quintessential Australian Experience!!!

Mustangs are a 1969 Mach 1 Cobra Jet (the 7.0 liter engine is insane), a 1969 Mach 1, and a 1971 Boss 351. They had an Australian only 1975 Falcon XB GT 351(American Mustangs had been neutered at that point) next to them. That place is fantastic. Thanks so much for showing it to us.

Sam I am from Brisbane. We have the Gold Coast for all of our beach’s. Plus we have a massive bay on our doorstep so we do not get surf straight up to the shore line. Next time you are in Brisbane visit Moreton island then you will see why.

I went to the Gosford classic car museum, a couple of years ago and there was a crazy lineup of Ferrari’s. Including a LaFerrari, F40 and F50 right at the front!

It’s a bit of a shame you didn’t cover some of the Aussie classics in there, but otherwise, top video 👍. Also, that ‘69 Stang probably is a Mach 1 since they had the 428CJ as the larger variant than the 351 Windsor (in that trim). But I’ve got a feeling it’s been modified slightly - it’s sitting lower than stock 🤔

Make sure you get the ferry from Melbourne to Tas and spend a few days driving great roads and scenery. See if you can get to see Chas Kellys private car collection in Devonport - a few Ferrari’s in it.

You should've travelled to North Queensland and driven the Gillies highway. It's one of the twistiest and most beautiful roads in the southern hemisphere. It's has over 1000 bends and will never fail to put a smile on your face

Re Sydney Car Wash. Very few “wash yourself “ Car Washes. In a pinch I go to IMO Car Wash near Sydney Airport. 15 Ross Smith Avenue, Mascot. Most Automated Car Washes will not play well with your roof box or front auxiliary lights, not to mention scratch your paint.

Sam congratulations on the 1000 mile mark on the new porche. Awsome line up of cars in the museum. The ford mustang mach1 with cobra jet was halo of shelby was basically a race engine for the road. Keep eyes out for vintage jdm cars in Australia. From datsun skyline to the Toyota chasser. Ford also has vintage ford falcon their in the Australian was their version of are mustang. Any else noticed the girls arm in passengers seat got be his girlfriend
