At 8:12, that is what we call a ''mark'. It's the same thing as what a 'fair play' call is in American football. It can only be between the lines of where he caught the ball and his defensive tryline, their 22m mark and the goal/try line. It can only be called, a 'mark' if the ball is kicked into that area of the defending team territory, and the ball is caught by a defending team member. The ball has to be kicked into that area by the attacking team. It has to be a clean catch, the ball cant bounce into the area and they catch and make the call. A gesture usually accompanies the verbal call of 'mark!!!!!' but if only the call is done by the player, it usually suffices. The red jersey team in the beginning is the Welsh national side (solid team), the dark jersey team with O2 logo in the front is England, that is their alternate jersey (they usually wear all white attire). You can do may things with a mark, you can kick the ball away, you can kick it to yourself, or you can call a scrum to be formed.
