No , team heals should be used when teammates are low and fighting. If you have item and chance to use them without getting damage they should use normal items.

@17eelnur yes but the ring was small, there were several teams nearby, both of you were low health, and you just got done fighting which could draw in the nearby enemies to 3rd party. Using the team heal there was better than not using it the entire game. You wouldnt tell someone not to/how to use their level up cards, let them use their heals how they see fit.

@@shadowstriker3645 look carefully the other teams were fighting each other, + when i told him to not waste , there were no enemies on us.
