I thought this episode was fun, but the next is absolutely incredible

Truly unbelievable that this is the first great episode for the final season of The Flash along with Bloodwork still being the only fantastic villain in the Eric Wallace era

congrats on 14k. This was a great episode. Danielle panabaker directed it. I respect eric wallace for giving diggle the opportunity to say good bye to oliver. I am pretty sure stephan amell had some control over this episode on how to use oliver/spectre properly.

I haven't been a big fan of much of this final season so far, but if it meant sitting through it to get THIS great episode, it was at least worth it. Honestly, this could've easily been not just the final episode of The Flash, but the final episode of the Arrowverse.

The way the season hasn't felt a final season until this episode really makes me curious about when they were told 1) that it would be the final season and 2) how many episodes there would be. Both Supergirl and Arrow had gotten forewarning about being renewed for a final season with no question on how long it would be. The CW wasn't as clear with The Flash as the plans kept changing: Eric Wallace said that once renewed for a 9th season, he created a plan for 2 20 episode seasons leading to a major big epic 200th episode. The show got an early S9 renewal in March 2022 and wasn't officially announced as the last season until August . Wallace was expecting/hoping for a typical 20 episode season, Grant signed a contract for a 15 episode, and the CW is like "Nah, you got just 13"

I understand that maybe they put more effort into the final few episodes with writing and effects so the earlier episodes weren't up to scratch.

Hello guys. Last time there was a writers strike that guy was also on tv😆. Heroes was on back in 2007-08 when the strike happed, unfortunately bc of that we had a awful S2😩.

The Crossover with the Nazi soldiers wasn't the end of a season of a show, it was an actual CROSSOVER EVENT called "CRISIS ON EARTH X" Green Arrow and Supergirl were the rulers or should I say, Oliver was the Nazi Furor and Supergirl or should I say Overgirl was his wife and she was dying so they came to our earth to find Supergirl so that they could save Overgirl. Back on their earth, Earth X, the whole crew, Team Flash and legends of Tomorrow and our Oliver, is taken captive and have to figure out a way to escape earth X and get back to their own earth. It was the crisis event that introduced us to our final crossover event, Crisis on infinite earths.

Wait, I thought Oliver died at the end of the Episode 4 in the Crisis crossover. Yet he's still the Spectre? Was he kinda reborn as the Spectre in the new multiverse? Or was he just messing with Barry and Sara?
