I admit, last season was a step back from most. I’m still not giving up on the show. But if the show wants to make us fans happy, they need to trim some serious fat. Like not having romance compromise the flow of the story and NO THERAPY SCENES WHATSOEVER. I have faith in the show. Also, I hope the villain we see at the end is Daniel West (New 52 Reverse Flash) and the Flash Ring looks cool.

Yes I feel the same. I don’t like when people just give up on the show entirely just because one season, they judge too quickly. Although season 4 wasn’t that good, this show is still my favorite.

The villain at the end, I think it may be Caitlins dad. When the scene starts, it shows a bunch of toys for young girls. Also, it looks pretty old. Perhaps it could be Caitlin's childhood home. Another reason is, at the ending of season 4, Caitlin was revealed to have meta genes prior to the particle accelerator, and Caitlin's dad was aware of this. In the wiki, this villain "hates metahumans because they ruined his family and will take them out one by one"
