Mexico DLC would make much more sense for John seeing as how the events of RDR 1 are in his future. What I want is RDR 3 but that's a long way off...

RDR2 is the best game ever. Hands down.

Tempest Rim bugs me the most about the game. That, and no Mexico.

I've been playing RDR2 story mode for the second time these past couple weeks, haven't played it since first completing the storyline back in 2020... So far this time, I made it a bit over 50% through the storyline (the gang is currently at Shady Belle), and a few days ago I visited Wapiti Reservation as Arthur while hunting wolves, and found and tamed that Arabian horse around the other side of that mountain... A few days earlier I found the and tamed the white Arabian after visiting and killing that Del Lobo gang leader (Flaco Hernandez?) hiding out toward the upper left corner of the map... So now I ave two Arabian horses...

Rumor has it, Rains Fall took the 3rd meteorite to Canada.

Tempest rim is the layering area for the map. There is spots where you fall thriugh the map

Didn't we come from there in the beginning also? It's where you find the hovering square. If you push start as soon as the game allows you to. It shows us way up north also. And it also shows Micha with us and he shouldn't be. Lol. He is supposed to be out scouting.

It really is crazy that there is a huge section of the game map that is unplayable.

You can smash the windows to some structures and climb inside; but I’m not sure about Waipiti - post epilogue

This game never stops blowing my mind. How can Rockstar just ignore this and not update or make a new one

Do any kills you get in that area, count ? Like, could you kill dear, wolves, or whatever all day long to collect pelts ?

They should make an upgraded version with an alternate ending were Author lives and all the modes available, it's the best game ever made in my opinion

Just imagine the great story of a DLC it would have been Charles's during the prologue did tell John he is going to head to Canada and try to find a wife it would have worked perfectly along Rainfalls and his people Charle's acting as a protector/hunter/guide. All the work they put into this beautiful game and just throw it to waste was/is a tragedy.

I’ve heard that they plan on opening the region of Mexico later this year and there will be things to do there. I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

Trippy, that area, frozen area, it's fun, but, like Alaska, Im not for going there lol. All who play, the north area is northern states and Alaska. Nothing to do with Canada. Heck, trapper in story mode, is from west Virginia lol Mountain monsters. So, nothing about RDO is Canada, I know this, I'm up here lol

Its never going to happen. Everybody knows Tempest Ridge was cut content, like the missing princess etc. They had to rush to finish it and loads of content went in the bin..

Rockstar has abandoned RDR. Unfortunately, we are not getting anything more.

Even with these developers spending decades getting new games out there is very little chance (0.000000001%?) that any DLCs are in the future for "RDR2." The earliest we'll see "GTA 6" is very late 2025 and Rockstar will be busy fixing problems with that for a solid two years or more so releasing a DLC for "RDR2" almost a decade after it's release would be nuts. That being said, Ubisoft seemed to think an African protagonist in the long-awaited "Assassin's Creed" chapter set in Feudal Japan was a great idea so...

I wish I had your optimism about Red Dead, but I've lost all faith in Take Two, the DICKPOTATOR owners of Rockstar. Why would they work on a updated Rdr2, when there's speculation about making Rdr3? If I'm wrong then I'd be really happy to be pleasantly surprised, if there's any future for RdR.
